Caltrans reports heavy traffic on the eastbound I-10 starting on Central Ave. in Montclair to about Millikan Ave. in Ontario. Patches of slowing are being reported starting on the eastbound 91 Freeway at Serfas Club Drive in Corona into Riverside to about Main Street.
