One of the two southbound lanes of Highway 71 is expected to be closed until about 8:30 a.m. following a crash involving a tractor trailer and a cow. The semi driver jackknifed on Highway 71 this morning while trying to avoid a cow and a bull that were on the highway. The crash killed the cow, and sent the bull running down the road.
