Area overview - heavy traffic reported on most highways, 2:45 p.m.
Holiday traffic has begun and is causing slowing in areas of all highways. The biggest cluster of slowing is reported is on the northbound I-15 at the I-210 connector heading through Glen Helen and Devore but appears to loosen approaching the Cajon Pass. More slowing is reported on both side of the I-15 near the I-10 and 60 Freeway connectors in Ontario.
On the I-10, heavy traffic is reported on the eastbound direction starting near Fourth Street and Vineyard Ave. in Ontario. It start to east past the I-15, according to Caltrans reports. There is a patch of slowing near the I-215 interchange in Colton. The I-215 north has a patch of slowing Orange Show Drive in San Bernardino.
The 60 Freeway appears to be mostly clear except for patches of slowing on eastbound lanes Haven Ave. in Ontario and then again at Pacific Ave. in Norco. Slowing then starts again on the eastbound lanes as traffic reaches Rubidoux and the 91 Freeway.
The 91 Freeway is jammed. The eastbound is the heaviest. Traffic starts at the Orange/Riverside county line and is stop and go to Lincoln Ave. where it eases again until you hit Jackson St. Caltrans reports it remains heavy into Market St.
