Caltrans is reporting slow traffic is on the southbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street in Ontario, the northbound 15 at Fourth Street in Norco and at Parkridge in Corona, the westbound Highway 91 at Lincoln in Corona and the eastbound 91 at Van Buren Avenue in Riverside.
