Traffic is moving slowly on the westbound 210 Freeway at Carnelian in Rancho Cucamonga, the eastbound Highway 60 at Market Street in Rubidoux, the northbound 15 Freeway at 6th Street in Norco and the northbound 15 at Parkridge in Corona.
