Ladder in lanes on Interstate 15 at Devore Road, 5:58 a.m.

A motorist reported seeing a ladder in the No. 1 lane on the nothbound side of Interstate 15, just south of Devore Road, at 5:58 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
