Traffic collision, I-215, San Bernardino, 3:13 p.m.

CHP officials were still working to clear a crash that was blocking the No. 1 lane on the northbound I-215 south of University Parkway. A Van collided with an SUV. Debris was also being reported in the No. 2 lane.
