A two-car crash occurred on the westbound 210 Freeway west of San Bernardino Avenue, blocking two lanes. The crash involved a burgundy Toyota Tercel and a black sedan. At 8:12 a.m., only the fast lane was blocked.
The CHP issued a traffic advisory following a fatal four-car crash on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Highway 18. Three lanes are blocked. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:42 a.m.
Gusty winds are affecting traffic on the northbound I-15 from about Highway 138 to Oak Hills Road. Large vehicles and trailers are cautioned about traveling through the area.
A traffic advisory was issued after a truck spilled its' entire cargo of gravel onto the westbound Highway 30 east of Highland Ave., affecting all lanes, according to the CHP. Traffic was backed up to Highway 330, officials said.

Caltrans reported there is some slow traffic on the eastbound 91 Freeway at Adams and Arlington through Riverside. Other freeways including the 15, 10, 210, 215 and 60 are flowing smoothly.
A collision involving a tractor trailer and two cars occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Cherry Avenue, blocking the two right lanes. The vehicles were moved to the right shoulder by 6:40 a.m. Paramedics responded to the scene of the crash.
Highway 173 at Arrowhead Lake Road, in the Mojave River Forks Regional Park, remains closed due to flooding. The closure has been in effect since Sunday morning. The closure extends from Arrowhead Lake Road to Highway 138.
A truck swerved and overturned down an embankment on the westbound Highway 40 near Newberry Road. Paramedics in a helicopter flew to the scene to pick up an injured occupant of the vehicle. Westbound lanes were reopened at 11:01 a.m.
Caltrans crews are headed to Highway 62 east of Rosella Drive where the road is flooded.
A utility trailer attached to a Ford F-250 overturned on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Kenwood Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The vehicle and trailer were pushed to the right shoulder. There were no injuries in the crash.

The CHP closed the 138 between Highway 2 and the 15 Freeway because of power lines that fell across both sides of the highway at 8:34 p.m. Sunday. Southern California Edison and Verizon crews were on scene at 5:30 a.m. this morning making repairs. It was unknown when the highway would be reopened.
The driver of a white Mustang slid over the side of the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Rancho Avenue, causing the vehicle to overturn. The CHP said one occupant of the vehicle got out and started running away from the vehicle. The motorist was carrying a blue container and threw it about 100 yards from the crash.
Two tractor trailers and a red sedan collided on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Foothill Boulevard.
CHP officers are conducting "round robins" on Highway 138 at Beekley Road to slow traffic due to weather conditions. Round robins, also known as traffic breaks, entail officers driving back and forth in front of traffic to cause motorists to slow or stop. Officers shut down the highway to motorists without chains about 9 p.m. Thursday when snow began falling. Chain restrictions were lifted at 7:39 a.m.
The CHP has shut down at least one lane on the eastbound 10 Freeway at 16th Street due to Caltans construction. The closure is expected to last a couple hours.
The California Highway Patrol has issued chain requirements due to snow on the following highways:
- Highway 18, near Highway 138 to Modoc Drive in Big Bear Lake.
- Highway 38 from Mountain Home Village to Highway 18
- Highways 173 and 189 to Grass Valley
- All of Highway 189
- Highway 330 from the middle passing lane to Highway 18
- Highway 74 from Mountain Center to Pnyon Drive
- Highway 243 from Highway 74 to Lake Fulmor
- Highway 371 from Anza to Highway 74
A driver lost control of a sedan, causing the vehicle to land on its roof on the Waterman Avenue offramp from the eastbound 10 Freeway. The CHP shut down the offramp from 4:38 a.m. until 5:38 a.m. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.
CHP were still trying to clear up a crash on Highway 18 at South Dawn Drive. Several vehicles were involved in a crash that blocked the entire road. Tow trucks were taking cars from the scene as of 4:43 p.m.
A traffic advisory was issued after a tow truck slammed into the center divider on the westbound I-10 at the southbound connector to the I-15. The crash was blocking the fasst lane.
A green vehicle stalled in a lane on the eastbound 60 Freeway west of Phillips Ranch Road. Two large white trucks parked behind the vehicle, the CHP said.
The CHP received a report of a bathtub that fell in a lane of the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Tennessee Street.
A Dodge truck hit collided with another vehicle and slid down an embankment off the northbound 15 Freeway at the eastbound 10 Freeway.
The California Highway Patrol said motorists in vehicles other than four-wheel drives with snow tires traveling through the following areas must have chains on their vehicles:
- Highway 18 between Highway 138 and Lucerne Valley
- Highway 138 between the Los Angeles County line and Highway 18
- Highway 189
- Highway 330 from Lower Passing Lane to Highway 18
The California Highway Patrol shut down Highway 18 north of Pinon Hills after several crashes and vehicle spinouts. Officers received a call at 5:05 a.m. of a silver pickup truck that overturned on Highway 18 at Oxford Road. They also received a report of a jackknifed tractor trailer nearby. The CHP requested Caltrans bring cinders to provide traction on the road, but decided at 7:01 a.m. to close the highway instead. The eastbound side was reopened about 8 a.m.
The CHP received a report of a van top in the carpool lane.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig-Alert at 6:14 a.m. after the semi stopped in the middle of the freeway south of Jurupa Street. By 7 a.m., traffic had backed up to at least the 10 Freeway. Workers were unable to move the tractor trailer immediately because its back brakes had locked up. The Sig Alert was canceled at 7:36 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a large dog that is walking from the center divider into traffic and back along the center divider on the southbound Highway 57 at the Highway 71 connector road.
A crash involving a Chevy Cobalt and a Lincoln Continental occurred on the eastbound Highway 60 at the Pedley Road off ramp. The CHP said one of the vehicles was broadsided by the other vehicle. Officers said drivers began heading the wrong direction of the offramp, creating a traffic hazard.
There are no major traffic delays on highways through the Inland Empire, according to Caltrans.
A sport-utility vehicle is stopped in the carpool lane after losing a tire on the northbound Highway 57 at Pathfinder Road. The CHP said the tire struck a vehicle on the southbound side of the highway.
