Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Devore 12:25 p.m.
A Toyota Sienna and a blue Chevy van collided on Glen Helen Road at the northbound 15 Freeway. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.
Road closure, Highway 18, Waterman Canyon 11 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol closed Highway 18 north of San Bernardino after a dump truck overturned, spilling rebar and concrete on the road. The dump truck collided with a vehicle on Highway 18 north of 40th Street and South of Old Waterman Canyon Road. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash and two people suffered minor injuries.The highway will be closed until about 5 p.m.

A white Ford Taurus overturned and landed on its wheels on the southbound 215 Freeway at the westbound 210/30 Freeway interchange, trapping an occupant inside the vehicle. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

A tractor trailer spilled fluid in the slow lane from San Dimas Avenue to Via Verde and has stopped on the southbound 57 Freeway at Via Verde.
Traffic advisory, 15 Freeway, Cajon Pass 11:24 a.m.
The slow lane on the northbound 15 from the 215 interchange to Highway 138 has been closed for Caltrans construction work.

There are areas of traffic congestion on the southbound Highway 71 at Euclid Avenue in Chino Hills, the northbound 15 Freeway at 6th Street in Norco and the westbound 91 Freeway at Grand Avenue in Corona.
Sig Alert, 91 Freeway, Riverside 5:19 a.m.
Traffic backed up more than a mile on the 91 Freeway after a dump truck broke down in the slow lane. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert for the westbound 91 east of Magnolia Avenue at 5:19 a.m. The Sig Alert was expected to last until about 6:15 a.m. The truck stopped on the freeway at 4:45 a.m. and could not be moved to the shoulder. Traffic was backed up almost to Van Buren Boulevard.

Two vehicles collided on the westbound 10 Freeway at Wabash Avenue. One vehicle stopped by the center divider and the other stopped on the right shoulder. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

A crash involving three vehicles occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Etiwanda Avenue. All vehicles moved to the right shoulder. There were no injuries.

A vehicle overturned off the southbound Highway 71 at the Chino Avenue off-ramp. Paramedics are coming to the scene of the crash.
Hit and run, 10 Freeway, Fontana 6:57 a.m.
A hit-and-run crash involving a Ford F-250 occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Cherry Avenue. There were injuries as a result of the crash and the fast lane was blocked.

A truck overturned onto its side on the southbound 215 Freeway south of University Parkway. The vehicle was on the right shoulder and paramedics were responding to the scene.

A backhoe being hauled by a tractor trailer struck the Washington Street overpass on the northbound 215 at Mt. Vernon Avenue, scattering pieces of concrete on the freeway.

Chains are required in the following areas due to snow and ice, according to Caltrans:

A yellow Ford Mustang struck the right shoulder wall on the eastbound 210 Freeway at Foothill Boulevard. The carpool and fast lanes are blocked and paramedics are responding to the scene.

The CHP shut down the Haven Avenue on-ramp to the westbound 60 Freeway after a sport-utility vehicle overturned onto its side, leaning against a tree on the right shoulder. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

A yellow sedan crashed into the center divider on the northbound 215 near the 10 Freeway interchange and stopped on the right shoulder. Paramedics came to the scene.
Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Diamond Bar 7:35 a.m.
Traffic backed up about five miles following a crash involving a tractor trailer and two vehicles on the eastbound 60 east of Brea Canyon Road. Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene to help at least one motorists who was injured. The Sig Alert was cleared at 9:12 a.m.

Traffic is crawling on the westbound 91 Freeway at Grand Avenue and the eastbound 91 at Jackson. The westbound 10 east of the 15 Freeway interchange in Ontario is also congested with traffic, as is the northbound 15 at Fourth Street in Norco.
Freeway closure, 60 Freeway, Beaumont 4:27 a.m.
The CHP shut down all westbound lanes of the 60 Freeway for about a five-mile stretch due to multiple car crashes and heavy fog near the 10 Freeway interchange. The first of several crashes occurred at 4:21 a.m. and involved a vehicle whose driver crashed into the side of a mountain. Officers arrived on scene and discovered visibility was less than 20 feet. The CHP requested assistance from the Indio CHP office, Banning and Beaumont police departments and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department to handle traffic control and crash reports. Traffic was diverted onto the westbound 10. The duration of the closure was not known. UPDATE: Lanes were reopened at 6:47 a.m.

A tractor trailer and a truck collided on the westbound 210 Freeway east of Lone Hill Avenue, blocking the slow lane. One person was arrested in the crash and Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene to help at least one person with injuries.

Traffic on the southbound 15 north of Highway 138 is moving slowly due to heavy fog and low visibility.
Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 8:14 a.m.
A Nissan and another vehicle collided on the westbound 210 Freeway at Haven Avenue, blocking the fast lane. Paramedics came to the scene. Westbound lanes were being cleared at 8:22 a.m.

Caltrans reports that there is heavy traffic on the northbound 15 Freeway between Second and Sixth streets in Norco and the eastbound 91 Freeway at Jackson Street in Corona. All other highways are clear of major backups.
Sig Alert, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 4:41 a.m.
The CHP issued a Sig Alert after a vehicle slid off the southbound 215 Freeway at Base Line Road and overturned, throwing out the occupants of the car. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. All southbound lanes were reopened at 5:57 a.m., but officers expected a lane to be blocked so the vehicle could be removed from the scene.

Motorists where reporting heavy traffic on the southbound I-15 due primarily to holiday traffic, according to CHP dispatchers. several small crashes were also complicating traffic. At 3 p.m., north of Highway 138 a gold Nissan collided with a Chevy sedan. North of Summit Avenue, wood debris was reported in the fast lanes.

A single car crash has happened on Highway 38 at Maple Lane. An ambulance was responding, according to the CHP.

A traffic collision involving four vehicles blocked two of the slow lanes on the westbound Highway 30 east of E. Highland.

A crash involving two tractor trailers and three vehicles occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Via Verde. The CHP received reports of one vehicle lying on top of the center divider, another in the fast lane and a tractor trailer blocking two other lanes. Paramedics came to the scene.

A gray Ford stalled in the carpool lane on the eastbound 60 Freeway west of Diamond Bar Boulevard. The CHP said drivers were swerving to avoid the car.

A driver crashed a car into a pole on Highway 58 east of Hinkley Road. Caltrans officials reported a speed limit sign was knocked down in the crash and the driver may have suffered a broken arm. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

A semi truck stalled on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Wabash Avenue, blocking one lane. The CHP issued a Sig Alert to last until the rig could be towed.
Rollover crash, Hook Creek Road, Cedar Glen 12:52 p.m.
A tan sport-utility vehicle overturned onto its roof, blocking one lane on Hook Creek Road at Highway 173. Paramedics are responding to the scene of the crash.
Traffic collision, Highway 40, Ludlow 7:23 a.m.
A tractor trailer rear-ended another semi on the eastbound 40 east of Ludlow, trapping and injuring one of the drivers. Paramedics are responding to the scene. Both big rigs are on the right shoulder.

A tractor trailer hauling oranges burst into flames after it ran off the eastbound 40 near National Trails Highway east of Ludlow and slid about 20 feet down an embankment. The CHP shut down one lane following the crash. Officers said the semi fire ignited nearby vegetation, but it was unknown how much brush was burning. There were two reported injuries, one person with head trauma and a large cut to the eye and a second person with a possible broken shoulder. Lanes were reopened at 10:23 a.m.

Three cars collided on the westbound 10 west of Beaumont Avenue, scattering debris and tires in all lanes, the CHP reported. The vehicles stopped on the right shoulder.

A big rig lost it's drive shaft on the westbound I-10 south of Campus Ave. The drive shaft smashed through the window of a car and may be in the roadway, CHP officials said. Fire has lanes of traffic blocked.

Officials were working to remove a vehicle that was traveling on the southbound I-15 at Minneola Road. the vehicle veeered out of control, rolled and landed 50-feet away from the interstate.

A vehicle has struck a telephone pole, causing wires to fall across Milpas Drive south of Lancelet Road. CHP reported the wires were sparking.

A black Ford F-150 and a blue Ford Ranger collided on Highway 38 at Sapphire Street. The Ranger stopped on the right shoulder and the Ford F-150 was blocking the highway.

A tractor trailer broke down on the westbound 10 Freeway at Indian Hill Boulevard, blocking one lane. The semi's brakes locked up after debris in the roadway damaged an air line, the CHP said.

A three-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Cherry Avenue. The CHP said the drivers involved were in a gray Mazda, a silver BMW and a gray Dodge Durango. Two of the vehicles blocked the fast lane. Paramedics came to the scene.

An excavator being used for freeway construction on the southbound 215 Freeway north of 3rd Street leaked 15 to 20 gallons of hydraulic fluid onto the road, forcing a full closure of southbound lanes. Traffic is being diverted off the freeway at 5th Street. Update: Lanes were reopened at 6:43 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a motorist who cut across all lanes after getting on the westbound 210 Freeway west of Carnelian Street and crashed. A Honda Civic is blocking the two left lanes and paramedics are coming to the scene of the crash.

Traffic is flowing smoothly on the 10, 210, 15, 215 and 60 freeways through the area. The 91 Freeway is congested on the eastbound side at Adams Street and the westbound side at Grand.
Fatal traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Baker 5:13 a.m.
A white Ford pickup truck overturned on the southbound 15 Freeway just north of Baker, throwing out an occupant of the vehicle onto the road. The motorist was pronounced dead at the scene. No lanes are blocked.

Sig alert canceled, I-10, Indio, 3:58 p.m.
A crash that reportedly resulted in a fatality on the westbound I-10 at Indian Ave. is nearly clear and all lanes of traffic have been opened according to CHP. The crash had affected traffic for a far distance because all lanes of the westbound 10 were completely closed. Motorists had been making U-turns at Bob Hope Drive in an effort to escape the gridlock.

A vehicle has overturned and landed in the center divider of the westbound I-40 on a stretch of the highway that is not immediately close to cross streets. Witnesses to the crash have gotten out to help the injured.

A sig alert has been issued for the area of the eastbound I-10 at Sierra Avenue. A three car crash happened in the center divider. The fast lane was closed because emergency vehicles were blocking the lane.
