Area overview - congestion in Corona, Norco 7:11 a.m.
Caltrans is reporting that traffic is heavy on the northbound 15 Freeway at Fourth and Second streets through Norco, as well as the westbound 91 Freeway at Serfas Club Drive in Corona. All other area highways are clear.
