An excavator being used for freeway construction on the southbound 215 Freeway north of 3rd Street leaked 15 to 20 gallons of hydraulic fluid onto the road, forcing a full closure of southbound lanes. Traffic is being diverted off the freeway at 5th Street. Update: Lanes were reopened at 6:43 a.m.
