Sig Alert, 91 Freeway, Riverside 5:19 a.m.

Traffic backed up more than a mile on the 91 Freeway after a dump truck broke down in the slow lane. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert for the westbound 91 east of Magnolia Avenue at 5:19 a.m. The Sig Alert was expected to last until about 6:15 a.m. The truck stopped on the freeway at 4:45 a.m. and could not be moved to the shoulder. Traffic was backed up almost to Van Buren Boulevard.
