Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 1:10 p.m.
Two vehicles collided on the eastbound 10 at 4th Street, blocking the carpool lane. The CHP said the crash may have been caused by a hit-and-run driver in a white GMC truck. Paramedics came to the scene.
