A silver sport-utility vehicle and a green sedan collided on the westbound 60 Freeway east of Golden Springs Drive, blocking the carpool lane. Paramedics were called to the scene.

A three-car crash occurred on the westbound 60 Freeway at the northbound 71 interchange, blocking at least one lane. One person reported to the CHP that debris was thrown into eastbound lanes from the crash. Paramedics were called to the scene.

A beige Saturn struck the center divider on the southbound 215 Freeway at Highland Avenue. The vehicle was not blocking traffic.

Traffic on all area freeways - 10, 210, 215, 91, 60 and the 15 - is flowing smoothly.

A head-on crash involving five vehicles occurred on Highway 395 at Highway 58. Paramedics were called to the scene of the crash.

A two-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway at Monte Vista Avenue, blocking the slow lane. the vehicles were moved off the freeway at 1:36 p.m.

The CHP received a report of a large tarp in the carpool lane on the westbound 60 Freeway at the northbound 57 Freeway.

A small sedan with major crash damage was found in a ditch off Highway 173 at Highway 138. A note was left on the car saying the driver would return, according to the CHP.

Traffic is moving slowly on the northbound 15 Freeway at Philadelphia Street in Ontario, the westbound 91 Freeway at Lincoln in Corona and the eastbound 91 at Van Buren in Riverside.

A pedestrian ran across the northbound 15 Freeway at Palmdale Road and was struck by several vehicles. The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries. All northbound lanes have been shut down for clean up and crash investigation. The freeway was reopened at 7:07 a.m.

A tractor trailer loaded with about 50,000 pounds of windows overturned following a crash on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Campus Avenue. Caltrans crews came to the scene to clear boulders and sand that spread across the right shoulder as a result of the incident. The CHP issued a Sig Alert at 4:07 a.m. due to the slow lane and right shoulder being blocked. As of about 6 a.m., officers said the closure would last several hours. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:56 a.m.

Traffic is moving at 15 to 25 mph on the westbound 10 Freeway east of 8th Street due to Caltrans construction. The right two lanes are closed. Traffic is backed up to Apache Trail.

A garbage truck and a flatbed truck collided on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Day Street. The garbage truck landed on its side in a ditch. The CHP shut down one lane of the freeway so the truck could be uprighted and pulled out of the ditch. The Sig Alert was expected to last until about 12:30 p.m.

The fast lane of the north- and southbound 215 Freeway at Highland Avenue was closed for a bridge inspection. Both lanes were reopened at 11:10 a.m.

A tractor trailer stopped on the right shoulder after breaking a fuel line. Diesel fuel spilled in the slow lane of the westbound 10 Freeway east of Mountain Avenue.

Commuter traffic is crawling on the westbound 91 Freeway at Grand Avenue and Main Street in Corona. All other highways are clear of major backups.


One lane of the southbound 215 at Highland Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. while crews do bridge inspections. The CHP said the Mt. Vernon off-ramp would likely be closed later on in the day.

A motorist in a red Mitsubishi veered off the southbound 15 Freeway south of Devore Road and drove over the side, landing in a ditch. Paramedics came to the scene.

Three lanes of the westbound 91 Freeway at Serfas Club Drive are blocked due to a motorcycle crash. The CHP received a report of a motorcycle rider laying on the freeway between the carpool and fast lanes. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash. The Sig Alert was canceled at 7:58 a.m.

A brown Ford truck, a tractor trailer, a blue Lexus and a Toyota Corolla collided on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Jurupa Street, blocking at least one lane. Paramedics came to the scene.

A crash involving two tractor trailers occurred on the westbound 40 Freeway west of Essex Road, blocking the right lanes. A motorist reported smoke was coming from one of the semis and it was leaking fluid. The driver suffered injuries and was trapped in the vehicle.

Traffic is flowing smoothly on highways through the Inland Empire.

A motorist in a white Chevy Blazer reported an object flew through his windshield and struck him in the head on the westbound 210 Freeway at the San Bernardino Avenue off-ramp. Paramedics came to the scene.

One lane of the southbound 15 Freeway south of Oak Hill Road has been closed for striping detail on the freeway. The traffic advisory was canceled at 11:15 a.m.

A vehicle and a tractor trailer collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Towne Avenue, blocking lanes. Paramedics came to the scene. The freeway was cleared at 8:55 a.m.

A tractor trailer loaded with oranges overturned on the 215 Freeway late Wednesday, forcing the full closure of northbound lanes this morning for clean-up. Oranges spilled across the northbound 215 near the 60 Freeway when the semi tipped over at 11:25 p.m. Crews off-loaded the big rig’s cargo and two lanes were blocked through the night. Crews shut down all lanes on the northbound side from about 4 to 5 a.m. so the freeway would be cleaned and the semi could be uprighted.

A white four-wheel drive vehicle drove down the side of the southbound 215 Freeway north of the 210/30 Freeway. Several motorists stopped to help the driver. Paramedics came to the scene.

Traffic slowed due to a dog that was on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Fourth Street. The CHP called for animal control officers to capture the dog.

The CHP received a report that a motorist spotted a mountain lion cub jump in a lane of Reche Vista Drive south of Reche Canyon Road.

Caltrans is reporting that heavy traffic is on the westbound 10 Freeway at Mountain Avenue in Upland, the southbound 71 Freeway at Euclid Avenue in Chino Hills, the westbound 91 Freeway at Grand Avenue in Corona and the eastbound 91 Freeway at Arlington in Riverside.

A black Ford pickup truck and a white Mercury Cougar collided on Limonite Avenue at the 15 Freeway. There were no injuries in the crash.

A black BMW crashed into the center divider on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Cedar Avenue, blocking the fast lane. The CHP said the vehicle stopped facing the wrong direction on the freeway.

A two-car crash occurred on the northbound 57 Freeway south of Auto Center Drive. A black vehicle and a minivan stopped on the right shoulder. There were no injuries.

Other than some heavy commuter traffic on the westbound 91 Freeway at Main Street, highways through the Inland Empire are flowing smoothly.

The fast lane of the southbound 15 from Highway 138 to the 215 Freeway interchange has been closed for Caltrans construction.

A red Toyota and a tractor trailer collided on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Grove Avenue. The impact pinned the driver of the Toyota inside the vehicle. Paramedics were called to the scene.

A Dodge Ram and another vehicle collided on the westbound 210 Freeway west of Sunflower Avenue, blocking the carpool and fast lanes. One person received major injuries and was taken to Los Angeles County USC Medical Center for treatment. The CHP shut down all westbound lanes about 10 minutes to investigate the crash scene. Lanes were cleared at 5 a.m.

Three vehicles collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway at the Tippecanoe off-ramp, blocking lanes. Paramedics came to the scene.

One lane of the westbound 60 Freeway was closed at Rubidoux Boulevard for road construction. The lane was scheduled to reopen at 3 p.m. The Rubidoux Boulevard on-ramp was also closed.

A vehicle overturned on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Afton Canyon Road near Baker. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

Traffic is moving slowly on the northbound 15 Freeway at Limonite Avenue in Eastvale as well as the westbound 91 Freeway at Main Street and the eastbound 91 at Arlington.

Two cars collided and one overturned on the Milliken Avenue off-ramp from the westbound 10 Freeway, blocking the off-ramp. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

The two right lanes of the 10 Freeway were closed after a water main broke near Riverside Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert, closed the two right lanes and the Riverside Avenue off-ramp. Just after noon, officers said the closure backed up traffic to Cherry Avenue.
Caltrans officials reported a water main broke just before 10 a.m. and that the two lanes would remain closed until about 2 p.m. Lanes were reopened at 2 p.m., but some residual traffic back up remained.

A crash involving three to four vehicles occurred on the southbound 15 Freeway at Main Street. All vehicles stopped on the right shoulder.

Traffic on the 10, 210, 215, and 60 freeways is flowing smoothly. The eastbound 91 Freeway at Arlington and the westbound 91 at Lincoln through Corona is congested with commuter traffic.

The slow lane was blocked on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Etiwanda Avenue due to a vehicle that caught on fire.

A four-car hit-and-run crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Archibald Avenue, resulting in injuries.

Caltrans is reporting that traffic is flowing smoothly on the 10, 210, 60 and 215 freeways, but there is some traffic congestion on the east and westbound 91 Freeway through Corona.

A crash involving a tractor trailer and a truck occurred on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Sunflower Avenue, blocking several lanes and resulting in a fuel spill. The CHP said diesel fuel spilled in between the left two lanes and compressor equipment fell onto another lane.

One lane of the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Live Oak Canyon Road was closed due to a small brush fire. A Sig Alert was issued at 11:02 a.m. for several minutes.

A crash occurred between a car and a tractor trailer on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Mount Vernon Avenue. The vehicles moved to the right shoulder. There were no injuries in the crash.

A three-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Euclid Avenue, blocking the carpool lane. The CHP said a black vehicle, a red truck and a white van were involved in the crash. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

A red Jeep and a school bus collided on Highway 189 at North Road. Four students were aboard the bus. Paramedics came to the scene.

Caltrans is reporting there is heavy traffic on the westbound 210 FFreeway at Haven and Milliken Avenue, the westbound 10 Freewy at Etiwanda Avenue, the southbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Avenue in Ontario and the northbound 15 Freeway at 6th and 2nd streets. There is also congestion onthe 91 Freeway - eastbound at Adams in Riverside and westbound at Grand Avenue in Corona.

A vehicle overturned on Highway 38 near Lake Williams, blocking the road. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

Traffic is crawling on the westbound 91 Freeway at Main Street and Grand Avenue through Corona, as well as the northbound 15 Freeway at 6th Street in Norco. All other highways are clear.

A vehicle overturned off Highway 247 north of Linn Road, injuring an occupant of the car. The victim was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for pain to the back and neck.

A vehicle crashed on the eastbound 10 Pepper Avenue off-ramp, blocking one lane. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash.

The fast lane has been closed for construction on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Live Oak Canyon Road. The lane will be closed until 11:30 a.m.

A sinkhole forced the closure of two southbound lanes of the 15 Freeway on Monday. The sinkhole was reported just after noon Monday near Halloran Springs Road. Crews remained at the site this morning and there was no estimate on when the lanes would reopen. Caltrans officials said motorists would encounter minor traffic delays from the closure.

Traffic is moving slowly on the southbound 71 Freeway at Euclid Avenue in Chino Hills, the eastbound 91 Freeway at Jefferson in Riverside and the westbound 91 at Grand and Main Street through Corona, according to Caltrans.
