Traffic advisory, 10 Freeway, Banning 11:28 a.m.

Traffic is moving at 15 to 25 mph on the westbound 10 Freeway east of 8th Street due to Caltrans construction. The right two lanes are closed. Traffic is backed up to Apache Trail.
