Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Bloomington 9:25 a.m.

A black BMW crashed into the center divider on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Cedar Avenue, blocking the fast lane. The CHP said the vehicle stopped facing the wrong direction on the freeway.
