Caltrans reported there is heavy traffic on the southbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street and the westbound 60 Freeway at Archibald Avenue and Mountain Avenue in Ontario. Traffic is also moving slowly on the eastbound 91 Freeway at Arlington Avenue in Riverside and the westbound 91 at Maple in Corona.
