Traffic is crawling on the southbound 15 Freeway at Oakie Flat Road in the Cajon Pass and at Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga. There is also some heavy traffic on the eastbound 91 Freeway between Madison and Adams in Riverside.
