Traffic advisory, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 10:20 a.m.

Caltrans crews are doing contruction on the southbound 215 Freeway at Base Line Road. One lane is closed, causing traffic to back up to Muscupiabe Drive, the CHP said. The closure is scheduled to last until 3 p.m.
