Traffic collision, Rancho Avenue, 6:05 a.m.
A three-vehicle crash shut down Rancho Avenue in both directions south of the 10 Freeway for more than half an hour.
At 6:05 a.m., one car turned in front of another one heading in the opposite direction, causing the second to hit a semi truck and causing the truck's axle to detach, according to Colton Police Department officials.
