Hit and run with injuries, Rancho Cucamonga, 4:32 p.m.

CHP is responding to a hit and run with injuries on the east 10 north of Etiwanda Avenue. Witnesses reported someone lying on the ground. A white sedan was spun out in the road and blocking the slow lane.
