Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Bloomington 4:05 a.m.

A tractor trailer overturned and spilled a load of wood shavings, prompting a closure of the Cedar Avenue on-ramp from the 10 Freeway this morning.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert at 4:24 a.m. and the duration of the closure was not known.
The driver of the semi was on the Cedar on-ramp off the westbound 10 at 4:05 a.m. when the tractor trailer overturned, the CHP said. Part of the driver's load of wood shavings spilled onto the right shoulder. There was also a small fuel leak.
