Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, San Bernardino 8 a.m.

A gray Scion and a white Chevy Cobalt collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway on the Waterman Avenue off-ramp. The vehicles did not block lanes, but one motorist involved in the crash complained of pain to the neck and back.
