Traffic collision, ambulance responding, San Dimas 57 Freeway 7:45 p.m.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a traffic collision where a vehicle went over the side at the south bound 57 Freeway just south of the west bound 10 Freeway in San Dimas. Los Angeles County Firefighters are in route after getting reports of an unconscious driver in a vehicle that went over the side of the freeway.

A white semi truck leaked about five gallons of fuel on the northbound 15 Freeway south of Sierra Avenue.

A red van crashed into the center divider on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Euclid Avenue. Freeway Service Patrol arrived on scene, blocking the carpool lane. Paramedics came to the scene, but no one was taken to a hospital.

A Honda Accord and another vehicle collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Archibald Avenue, blocking the fast lane.

Sig Alert, Highway 330, Fredalba 12:30 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert this afternoon after a tractor trailer overturned on Highway 330. The crash occurred north of Middle Passing Lane. The CHP shut down northbound lanes north of Highland Avenue and southbound lanes at Live Oak Drive. The closure was expected to last until about 1:30 or 2 p.m.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Hesperia 12:12 p.m.

Two semi trucks collided on the northbound 15 Freeway south of Oak Hill Road. Both drivers pulled over to the right shoulder.

Traffic advisory, 10 Freeway, Fontana 10:28 a.m.

The CHP issued a traffic advisory after a lane was closed on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Etiwanda Avenue. Caltrans crews were repairing a slab and expected to complete the job by around 1:30 p.m.

Vehicle rollover, Highway 18, Rimforest 6:48 a.m.

A motorist driving a white minivan overturned the vehicle on Highway 18 west of Rimforest, blocking lanes.

Traffic collision, Highway 138, Pinon Hills

A tractor trailer and a white Toyota pickup collided on Highway 138 west of the northbound 15 Freeway, blocking one lane. There were no reported injuries.

The carpool lane will be closed until 2 p.m. on the westbound 60 Freeway at the Santa Ana River bridge to La Rue Street for drain cleaning.

Traffic collision, 91 Freeway, Corona 6:27 a.m.

A motorcyclist suffered road rash after someone in a sport-utility vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and struck the rider, the CHP said. The rider fell in the fast lane and the SUV driver stopped on the right shoulder.

California Highway Patrol is responding to the east bound 10 at North Etiwanda Avenue because of carpet in lane #3. The carpet is causing cars to swerve.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the Lenwood Road on-ramp of the South 15 Freeway because of roadway flooding. A passerby is also reporting roadway flooding in the area of Main and Lenwood in Barstow.

Police officers and firefighters responded at 4:4 p.m. to the west 210 Freeway at E. Street because of a suicidal man who jumped from the overpass. The man was not struck by a vehicle or killed. The # 3 lane is closed because of police activity.

Traffic hazard, 91 Freeway, Baldwin Park, 7:24 p.m.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the west 91 Freeway at Bellflower Boulevard for several pieces of tire debris blocking the #2, #3 and #4 lanes.

Lanes blocked, 15 Freeway, 5:23 p.m., Rancho Cucamonga


A multi-vehicle traffic collision blocked the north bound lanes of the 15 Freeway Friday afternoon.
The collision involved three to four vehicles at 5:23 p.m. on the north 15 just north of the 210 Freeway, according to information from the California Highway Patrol.
At one point a medical helicopter landed and animal control was summoned for an animal in one of the vehicles.
Lanes were reopened around 5:45 p.m.

A white Toyota Celica and a tractor trailer collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Waterman Avenue. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Montclair 5:56 a.m.

A silver Chevy Impala and a dark van collided on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Benson Avenue. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no injuries in the crash.

A crash blocked the carpool and fast lanes on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Euclid Avenue. The CHP issued a traffic advisory, which was cancelled at 5:40 a.m. when lanes were cleared. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

California Highway Patrol officers and San Bernardino County Firefighters responded to a motor home that caught fire on the north 15 Freeway at Summit Ave. The #4 lane is closed because of fire engines in the lane.
A Sig Alert will be in effect until until 5 p.m.

A white sedan slid under a tractor trailer on Pyrite Street at the eastbound 60 Freeway. A caller said the occupants might be trapped in the vehicle.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, San Bernardino 6:04 a.m.

A motorcyclist crashed in the fast lane of the eastbound 210 Freeway at H Street and suffered injuries. The lane remained blocked at 6:24 a.m.

Vehicle rollover, 40 Freeway, Ludlow 5:26 a.m.

A driver in a van had a tire blow out, causing the vehicle to flip over on the eastbound 40 Freeway west of Essex Road. The minivan stopped about 50 feet off the roadway.

Fuel spill, 15 Freeway, Mountain Pass 11:51 a.m.

A tractor trailer struck the guardrail on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Bailey Road about 12 miles from the Nevada state line. The semi leaked an estimated 120 gallons of diesel fuel, forcing the closure of the highway.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Upland 11:45 a.m.

A gray Honda Civic crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Campus Avenue, blocking two lanes and facing the wrong direction. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Colton 10:48 a.m.

A black PT Cruiser crashed into the center divider on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Pepper Avenue. An occupant of the vehicle complained of pain and was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, Grand Terrace 6:58 a.m.

A driver who swerved to avoid a wood pallet on the 215 Freeway caused a motorcyclist to crash, causing traffic to back up more than a mile, the California Highway Patrol said.
The CHP received a report of a pallet in the slow lane at 6:58 a.m. Before Freeway Service Patrol personnel could remove it, a driver swerved into another lane to avoid it.
A motorcyclist who was in that lane was forced into the center divider, according to witnesses, said CHP Officer Jaci Parent. The rider was injured.
The crash blocked two lanes, backing up traffic to the 10 Freeway and 215 Freeway interchange, Parent said.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Rialto 11:36 a.m.

A van spun out and stopped on the right shoulder with a flat tire on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Riverside Avenue. The CHP said tire debris was in all lanes.

Sig alert, 10 Freeway, Palm Desert 7:29 a.m.

Part of the 10 Freeway will be closed until about 4 p.m. today due to a fuel spill in Riverside County.
A tractor trailer struck debris from a prior two-car crash on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Washington Street at 7:29 a.m., causing the leak, the California Highway Patrol said.
About 75 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the road.
Officers closed one lane from Jefferson to Washington streets and issued a Sig Alert at 8:44 a.m., originally estimating an eight-hour closure. The lanes were reopened at 9:13 a.m.

A black sport-utility vehicle and another car collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Highland Springs Avenue. At 12:23 p.m., the CHP reported traffic on all four lanes was stopped at Sunset Avenue.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Ontario 11:32 a.m.

A four-car crash occurred on the eastbound 60 Freeway west of Vineyard Avenue, blocking lanes. The vehicles were moved to the right shoulder at 11:36 a.m. The CHP issued a traffic advisory at 12:40 p.m. due to bumper-to-bumper traffic caused by the crash.

Traffic hazard, Highway 18, Victorville 8:05 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a dog who had been hit on Highway 18 at Sheep Creek Road. A caller said the dog was struck, but was still alive in traffic lanes.

Two vehicles collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Towne Avenue. The crash partially blocked the carpool lane. Vehicles were moved off the freeway at 5:57 a.m.

One white pickup truck is facing the wrong way in the center divider on the westbound 210 Freeway west of Mountain Avenue.

Vehicle fire, lanes closed, 15 freeway sig alert 2:50 p.m. Yermo

Firefighters and California Highway Patrol are on scene of a big rig carrying a load of paper on fire. Both south bound lanes are closed in Yermo. Sig alert was issued at 2:50 p.m. for one hour. Traffic being re-routed through the center divider.

Pedestrian on roadway, 10 Freeway, Ontario 8:24 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a pedestrian throwing hazardous material at vehicles on the Archibald Avenue off-ramp off the westbound 10 Freeway.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:50 a.m.

A crash involving three vehicles occurred on the southbound 215 Freeway at Inland Center Drive, blocking one lane. The vehicles were moved off the freeway at 8:08 a.m. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Rubidoux 12:09 p.m.

A motorist in a black Chevy Cobalt crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 60 Freeway east of Rubidoux Boulevard, blocking one lane. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Vehicle rollover, 15 Freeway, Mountain Pass 10:11 a.m.

A white Ford Expedition flipped on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Yates Well Road near the Nevada state line and landed on its roof in northbound lanes. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Sig Alert, 40 Freeway, Needles 1:39 a.m.

A tractor trailer hauling about 7,000 gallons of fuel overturned on the 40 Freeway this morning, forcing the closure of eastbound lanes. The driver received minor injuries in the 1:39 a.m. crash near Needles. The California Highway Patrol said the driver lost control and the big rig overturned on its side, spilling a small amount of fuel onto the road. One eastbound lane was reopened at 2:50 a.m., but the other lane remained closed as of 6:30 a.m.

California Highway Patrol officers and firefighters responded to the south bound 57 Freeway at Sunset Crossing Road to an overturned vehicle that caught fire.
The vehicle fire caused three lanes of traffic to be shut down. Traffic is being diverted onto the center divider while Fire personnel work to extinguish the fire.

A sedan and a white truck collided on the northbound 15 Freeway at Base Line road, both stopping along the center divider. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic collision, 57 Freeway, Diamond Bar 12:05 p.m.

A motorist crashed into the guard rail on the northbound 57 Freeway at the westbound 60 Freeway connector road, damaging about 30 feet of the guard rail, the CHP said. The vehicle stopped on the highway facing the wrong direction.

Traffic collision, 210/30 Freeway, Redlands 7:46 a.m.

Two cars collided on the westbound 210/30 Freeway west of San Bernardino Avenue, causing one to slide over the side of the freeway. An off-duty Riverside firefighter reported the collision to the CHP. One person was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

Lane closure, 215 Freeway, Devore 6:46 a.m.

Caltrans crews will be working in the center divider, prompting a closure of the fast lane of the northbound 215 Freeway between Devore Road to Highway 138. The CHP said it would be a moving closure. Caltrans completed the work just before noon.

Vehicle fire, 40 Freeway, Needles 8:52 a.m.

The CHP shut down the eastbound 40 Freeway after a car hauler caught fire at Highway 95. Officers reopened one lane at 10:30 a.m. and reopened the freeway at 11:35 a.m.

A crash involving six vehicles occurred on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Fourth Street. The CHP said a tractor trailer was blocking the slow lane. One person received minor injuries and was taken to a hospital.

A green Dodge Intrepid struck the center divider on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Dale Evans Parkway. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Traffic hazard, 57 Freeway, Diamond Bar 7:42 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a dead deer that was partially blocking the carpool lane on the northbound 57 Freeway near the eastbound 60 Freeway. The deer was moved to the center divider at 8:33 a.m.

Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Riverside 6:16 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol closed a lane of the 60 Freeway this morning and issued a Sig Alert after a tractor trailer spilled about 50 gallons of hydraulic fluid on the freeway.
Crews came to the scene at 6:16 a.m. on the westbound 60 Freeway at Market Street to clean up the spill, which was spread about 300 yards along the highway.
All lanes were reopened at 7:33 a.m.

Sig Alert, 57 Freeway, south of Diamond Bar, lanes closed

A small brush fire tied up traffic on the northbound 57 Freeway at the Los Angeles/Orange County border Saturday afternoon.
The fire started in a car but later spread to nearby brush on the north 57 near Brea Canyon at 2:08 p.m.
A Sig Alert was issued for the #2, #3 and #4 lanes on the north bound side. The south bound lanes were also slow because of spectator traffic, according to the California Highway Patrol.
By 7 p.m., the #3 and #4 lanes were still closed. Those lanes were expected to be shut down until 10 p.m. Saturday.

Sig Alert, 210 Freeway, 5 p.m. Rancho Cucamonga

CHP and Fire personnel have responded to an injury accident on the east bound 210 Freeway at Carnelian Street. All lanes are blocked except the #3 lane.

The CHP has issued a Sig Alert on the Foothill Boulevard onramp to the Northbound 15 Freeway because of a multi-vehicle collision.
Six vehicles are involved with one vehicle overturned. There are nine vehicles on the road side. The San Bernardino County Sheriffs have closed the onramp while rescue personnel work on the collision.

A black Nissan Exterra stalled in the carpool lane on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Mountain Avenue.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:45 a.m.

A white Toyota 4-Runner and a gray Ford four-door vehicle collided on the southbound 215 Freeway north of 9th Street, blocking the center divider and the fast lane. A pregnant woman complained of stomach pain and was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center, along with her passenger, who also complained of pain.

A motorcyclist crashed on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Highway 138. The motorcycle landed in a ravine and the rider was on the center divider.

Possible fatality, lanes blocked, 15 Freeway 8:16 p.m. Barstow


California Highway Patrol officers are investigating a possible fatality on the south bound 15 Freeway just north of Afton in the Barstow area. A heavy duty tow truck has been called for a Volvo sedan that hit a semi-trailer. #1 and #2 lanes are blocked and traffic is being diverted through the center divider.

Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Colton 11:01 a.m.

A tractor trailer hauling sawdust overturned on the westbound 10 Freeway on Wednesday morning, blocking several lanes and prompting a Sig Alert.
The 10:47 a.m. crash east of 9th Street also involved a vehicle that rolled several times and landed on its roof, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A hazardous materials crew came to the scene to clean up a fuel spill and Caltrans personnel cleaned up the sawdust.
Officers issued a Sig Alert at 11:01 a.m. The freeway wasn't expected to be completely reopened until about 3:30 p.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 38, Barton Flats 9:43 a.m.

A tractor trailer overturned, spilling a load of hay in lanes on Highway 38 at Seven Oaks Road. There were no injuries.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Banning 8:06 a.m.

A crash involving up to four cars occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway on the Highland Springs Avenue off-ramp. One woman suffered a head injury, the CHP said.

One lane was closed on the westbound 60 Freeway at Western Knolls Avenue for road work.

A vehicle had a tire blow out and then spun on the westbound 10 Freeway at Euclid Avenue. The vehicle was moved to the right shoulder at 12:56 p.m.

A vehicle slid about 20 feet over the side of the northbound 57 Freeway at the eastbound 10 Freeway.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, Colton 9:16 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a crash blocking all lanes of the southbound 215 Freeway north of Mount Vernon Avenue. The crash involved a motorcycle and a sedan. A group of motorcyclists stopped to help the fallen rider. The CHP issued a traffic advisory at 9:28 a.m. At 9:31 a.m., the vehicles were moved to the right shoulder and the traffic advisory was canceled at 10:03 a.m. The crash resulted in minor injuries.
