California Highway Patrol and Riverside County Coroner's have responded to the north 15 Freeway just south of Nichols Road for a motorcycle fatality.
All lanes are closed at Nichols. There is a body blocking two lanes of the freeway according to CHP information.

California Highway Patrol has issued a traffic advisory about slow holiday traffic on the northbound 15 Freeway just north of Summit Avenue.


California Highway Patrol has issued a Sig Alert for the westbound 10 Freeway just west of Citrus Avenue as of 3:42 p.m. The Number 4 lane is blocked for an unknown duration.


California Highway Patrol is responding to reports of a couch in the slow lane of the east 10 Freeway just west of Towne Avenue.


Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, Colton 5:57 a.m.

The driver of a gray Nissan crashed on the southbound 215 Freeway south of the 10 Freeway, triggering several other crashes. There were minor injuries in the crash and the fast lane was blocked.

Hit and run, 60 Freeway, Riverside 5:35 a.m.

Occupants of a blue Cadillac rear-ended a woman in another vehicle and then fled the crash scene on the westbound 60 east of Market Street just east of Rubidoux, the CHP said. Officers said the woman suffered minor injuries in the crash. The hit-and-run driver and a passenger got out of their vehicle and ran. The vehicles were cleared from the freeway by about 8 a.m., but the occupants of the Cadillac were still being sought.

Traffic collision, 57 Freeway, Diamond Bar 11:35 a.m.

The lid flew off the bed of a black Dodge Ram, striking another vehicle on the southbound 57 Freeway north of Diamond Bar Boulevard. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic collision, Highway 138, Cajon Pass 7:53 a.m.

A vehicle overturned on Highway 138 at Cleghorn Canyon Road. An occupant of the vehicle suffered major injuries.

Lane closure, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 9:52 a.m.

Caltrans closed the slow lane on the southbound 215 Freeway at Inland Center Drive for construction work. The closure was scheduled until 3 p.m.

Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Diamond Bar 5:25 a.m.

DIAMOND BAR -- The California Highway Patrol shut down four lanes of the westbound 60 Freeway this morning after an animal fat spill caused several drivers to spin out.

A Sig Alert was issued at 5:25 a.m. on the 60 west of Diamond Bar Boulevard. CHP officers received a report of a four-car crash and a spill that was causing vehicles to slide on the freeway.

Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene but there were no reports of injuries.

At 8:30 a.m., three lanes remained closed. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:42 a.m.


DIAMOND BAR-- A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries during a collision on the 57 Freeway Wednesday night.
California Highway Patrol officers and paramedics responded to the Northbound 57 Freeway at Pathfinder Road at 8:08 p.m. to reports of a motorcycle down in the lanes.
A Sig Alert was issued for the #1, 2, 3 and 4 lanes at 8:30 p.m.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local trauma center for treatment.

The CHP received a report of a fire hose blocking two lanes on the southbound 15 Freeway east of the 210 Freeway. A witness said the fire truck that was carrying the hose exited the freeway at Foothill Boulevard.

Caltrans closed the fast lane of the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Citrus Avenue for construction. The closure was expected to last until about 3 p.m.

An 8-foot wrought iron gate blocked the fast lane on the westbound 210 Freeway east of Waterman Avenue.

A four-car crash occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Fourth Street, blocking the fast lane.

A Caltrans crew shut down the fast lane on the east- and westbound 10 at Cherry Avenue for guardrail repair, causing a traffic backup in both directions.

A white vehicle and a Honda Civic collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Dudley Street, blocking the carpool lane.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 5:07 a.m.

The fast lane was closed on the eastbound 10 between Yucaipa Boulevard to Live Oak Canyon Road for Caltrans construction work. The duration of the closure was unknown.

Road closure, Highway 95, Vidal Junction

Dirt, gravel and water forced the closure of Highway 95 west of the Arizona state line late Monday. The closure remains in effect today.
The California Highway Patrol requested the closure at 10:50 p.m. after heavy rain began falling in the area west of Lake Havasu, flooding the roadway.
Highway 95 was closed from Vidal Junction at Highway 62 south to the 10 Freeway in Blythe. Officers remained on scene this morning.
The duration of the closure was not known.

The CHP received a report of three vehicles sliding off the side of the northbound 15 Freeway at Nipton Road, just west of the Nevada state line.

A crash involving four vehicles occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of the 210 Freeway interchange. All vehicles stopped along the center divider.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 5:45 a.m.

Caltrans crews closed the fast lane of the eastbound 10 Freeway through part of the city about 5:45 a.m. this morning for construction work.
The closure is expected to last until about 2 p.m. between 16th Street and Live Oak Canyon Road, the California Highway Patrol said.

A crash involving a semi truck, a sport-utility vehicle and a small sedan occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Vineyard Avenue. The vehicles were moved to the right shoulder.

A motorist in a PT Cruiser had a tire blow out and overturned, striking a semi truck. The vehicle rolled onto its top by the center divider. The fast lane was blocked until 10:18 a.m. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

A motorcyclist and a person in a white sport-utility vehicle collided on the westbound 60 Freeway at the southbound 57 Freeway interchange. The CHP received a report that the rider had fallen in the carpool lane. Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene, but determined there were no injuries.

The CHP received a report of a trash can blocking the fast lane on the southbound 57 Freeway north of Temple Avenue.

Fuel spill, 60 Freeway, Glen Avon 5:20 a.m.

A Fed Ex truck struck metal debris in the slow lane, puncturing the fuel tank. The CHP said at least 30 gallons of fuel spilled onto the roadway, forcing the closure of the slow lane. A traffic advisory was issued at 7 a.m. and canceled at 7:33 a.m.


California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the westbound 60 Freeway at South Nogales Street. A red Toyota Camry is blocking lane #1.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the westbound 60 Freeway just west of Grand Avenue on reports of an overturned dirt hauler. There is an unknown amount of fuel that spilled from the truck tanks, but it is not considered a hazard.

A sport-utility vehicle crashed on the westbound 210/30 Freeway and landed on its side in the slow lane.

A vehicle stalled along the center divider, partially blocking the fast lane on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Via Verde.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Ontario 12:05 p.m.

A black Chevy Suburban and a white Monte Carlo collided on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Milliken Avenue. Both stopped on the right shoulder. There were no injuries.

Vehicle fire, 10 Freeway, Pomona 11:56 a.m.

A vehicle caught on fire on the right shoulder of the westbound 10 Freeway east of Fairplex Drive. Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Claremont 7:42 a.m.

Two vehicles collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Indian Hill Boulevard, blocking the carpool lane. One vehicle stopped facing the wrong direction. There were no injuries in the crash.

Lane closure, 215 Freeway, Grand Terrace 8:59 a.m.

The fast lane was closed on the northbound 215 Freeway between Iowa Avenue and Barton Road from 9 a.m. until just before 10 a.m. for Caltrans construction work.

Traffic collision, Highway 18, Big Bear City 10:46 a.m.

A bus and a sedan collided at 301 Highway 18, blocking lanes. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 7:54 a.m.

A silver Mercedes and a silver Honda collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Mountain Avenue. The vehicles stopped along the center divider, but were moved to the right shoulder at 8:02 a.m. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic advisory, Reche Canyon Road, Reche Canyon 6:52 a.m.

Both sides of Reche Canyon Road have been shut down due to a two-car crash. The crash was reported at 5:25 a.m. in the 7900 block of Reche Canyon Road. The CHP received reports of a person trapped in one of the damaged vehicles. The crash resulted in major injuries. Officers shut down the road and planned to reopen lanes about 7:30 a.m.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the west 10 Freeway just west of Rancho Avenue for a mattress in the #2 lane.



California Highway Patrol officers responded to a traffic collision on the eastbound 60 Freeway just west of Moreno Beach Drive. The collision has the #3 lane blocked from an earlier accident. Traffic is stopped.


There is a reported cage, possibly a shopping cart in the #2 lane of east 10 Freeway at the south bound 215 Freeway.

A Sig Alert has been issued for the #2 and #3 lanes on the north 15 Freeway just south of 6th Street in Norco. California Highway Patrol officers are on scene.



Heavy Traffic reported on the north15 Freeway just north of the east 210 Freeway. A California Highway Patrol officer is on scene.


Hit and run crash, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 12:31 p.m.

A semi truck and a green Chevy Avalanche collided on the southbound 215 Freeway north of Auto Plaza Drive. The CHP said the semi didn't stop for the crash. There were no injuries.

The CHP received a report of a car bumper blocking the middle lanes on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Sierra Avenue.

The CHP received a report of a brush fire on both sides of the 210 Freeway at Highway 330.

A black van and silver sedan stopped on the eastbound 10 transition road to the northbound 57 Freeway, blocking traffic. A driver told the CHP the vehicles were around a blind curve.

The Citrus Avenue on-ramp to the westbound 10 Freeway was closed at 9 a.m. for guard rail repair. The on-ramp was scheduled to reopen at 2 p.m.

A crash involving two vehicles blocked the fast lane on the southbound 215 Freeway north of Mill Street.

California Highway Patrol officers and firefighters are responding to the west bound 60 Freeway at the 71 Freeway connector for a traffic collision.
A black sedan spun out, struck a tree and hit the roadside. Vehicle is facing the wrong way on the side of the road.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to an incident where debris struck a motorist's windshield and shattered the glass. Incident occurred on the east bound 60 Freeway near Van Buren Blvd.
Motorist is in a black Dodge Magnum on the road side. Wooden debris in the roadway struck the windshield.


Cargo spill, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 12:50 p.m.

Three 15-gallon drums of oil fell off a truck onto the Fourth Street on-ramp to the southbound 15 Freeway, making lanes slippery.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Yermo 10:44 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a runaway truck that crashed into the back of a flatbed truck. One lane remained closed about 11:30 a.m. Officers requested coroner's officials come to the scene, but more details were not immediately known.

Caltrans shut down one lane of the southbound 215 Freeway north of 28th Street to Highland Avenue for construction work.

Vehicle rollover, Highway 189, Twin Peaks 6:49 a.m.

A yellow Jeep overturned on Highway 189 in Twin Peaks, blocking lanes.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Barstow 6:05 a.m.

A black vehicle and a semi truck collided on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Outlet Center Drive. The tractor trailer was knocked on its side, leaving the driver with head injuries, the CHP said.

Traffic collision, 40 Freeway, Needles 5:16 a.m.

A tractor trailer overturned onto its side on the eastbound 40 Freeway east of Essex Road. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Two vehicles collided head on on Summit Valley Road north of Highway 138. The California Highway Patrol received reports of one man trapped in the vehicle and requested firefighters use the Jaws of Life.

A trailer hitch is blocking one lane on the westbound 210/30 Freeway east of Lone Hill Avenue.

Traffic advisory, 40 Freeway, Needles 8:07 a.m.

A small aircraft crashed into a vehicle on the westbound 40 Freeway near Highway 95 this morning, killing one person and injuring two others. The California Highway Patrol shut down both sides of the 40 and were diverting traffic off the freeway. The duration of the closure was not known.

A driver lost control of a vehicle, struck a tree and caused the vehicle flip onto its roof on Highway 18 near Lake Gregory Drive. Occupants of the vehicle climbed out on their own and were handling traffic control on the blind curve.

A construction worker was struck by a car on a 10 Freeway off-ramp this morning, receiving major injuries.
The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory following the crash and closed the Live Oak Canyon Road off-ramp from the eastbound 10.
The victim, a Riverside construction worker, was struck by someone in a sedan at 5:41 a.m. It was unknown how long the off-ramp would be closed.

A tractor trailer containing dry goods overturned on the eastbound 60 Freeway at the 215 Freeway interchange, prompting a Sig Alert.
The California Highway Patrol estimated lanes would be reopened about 7 a.m. The crash was reported on the eastbound 60 at the northbound 215 Freeway interchange at 1:15 a.m. Firefighters on scene reported oil was spilling into lanes.

The CHP received a report of vehicles sliding on oil on the Orange Street on-ramp to the westbound 10.

A big rig and a Toyota Camry collided on the eastbound 60 Freeway west of Reservoir Street. There were no injuries in the crash.

A motorcycle and Toyota pickup collided on the eastbound 60 west of Mountain Avenue.

An Ontario police officer was struck by a car on the 60 Freeway while helping drivers involved in an earlier crash.
The incident led to the full closure of eastbound lanes and traffic had already backed up to Montclair hours later, the California Highway Patrol said.
The unidentified officer stopped to help people involved in the crash on the eastbound 60 at Grove Avenue at 2:14 a.m. At 2:49 a.m., a passing motorist struck the officer. He received minor to moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Parent said. The CHP shut down the 60 Freeway following the crash. All lanes remained closed until 4:26 a.m. when the carpool lane was reopened. Parent said traffic had backed up to at least Central Avenue around 6 a.m.

The collision involved a big rig that struck a sedan. The Sig Alert is expected to be active until 5:15 p.m.


California Highway Patrol responded to the east bound 91 Freeway just west of McKinley Street for a three-vehicle traffic collision. Fire engines have the freeway blocked.
