A motorcycle with a flat tire blocked the fast lane on the eastbound 60 Freeway east of Highway 71.

A crash involving two vehicles occurred on Highway 18 at Wilderness Road. The vehicles blocked traffic and the CHP received a report that a baby was injured in the crash.

Traffic collision, Highway 138, Cajon Pass 7:39 a.m.

A Chevy Tahoe and a smaller truck collided on Highway 138 west of the 15 Freeway, blocking lanes. The CHP received reports of one person trapped due to the crash.

Sig Alert, 15 Freeway, Devore 5:55 a.m.

The Kenwood Avenue off-ramp off the southbound 15 Freeway, as well as two lanes, were closed due to a semi truck fire. Southbound lanes were reopened at 7:17 a.m.

A beige Honda stalled on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Limonite Avenue, blocking one lane.

Traffic collision, Highway 38, Redlands 11:15 a.m.

A Colton Joint Unified School District bus struck a dog on Highway 38 at Julian Drive E and stopped on the right shoulder. There were no injuries aboard the bus.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 7:36 a.m.

Three separate crashes occurred about the same time on the westbound 10 Freeway at Archibald Avenue. The crashes resulted in no injuries.

The #1 lane of the westbound 91 Freeway at Van Buren is closed down. California Highway Patrol officers have responded.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Ontario 8:54 a.m.

A two-car crash occurred on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Grove Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The crash involved a Toyota Avalon and another vehicle.

Hit and run, Highway 18, Rimforest 8:43 a.m.

A motorist struck a deer and drove away from the scene on Highway 18 in Rimforest. The CHP said the deer survived the collision.

California Highway Patrol and Pomona police officers are responding to the westbound 10 just east of Fairplex Driver for a single vehicle collision. Fire equipment is blocking lanes and traffic is moving very slowly. Vehicles are reported to be backing down the offramp at White Avenue.


California Highway Patrol officers are responding to reports of large pieces of wood debris in the #1 and #2 lane on the westbound 210 just east of North Campus Avenue.

CHP and tow trucks have responded to a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway at Archibald Avenue. The # 1 lane is blocked and there are vehicles in the center divider.

California Highway Patrol is responding to a Big Rig and a Sedan that collided on Rubidoux
Boulevard.
Three vehicles are blocking the lanes.

Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Ontario 12:34 p.m.

The California Highway Patrol has shut down three lanes on the westbound 60 Freeway for a crash investigation. Officers issued a Sig Alert at 12:34 p.m. and shut down the carpool and two left lanes between Haven and Archibald avenues. The closure is expected to last until about 2:30 p.m., said CHP Officer Jaci Parent. CHP investigators are recreating a crash scene to take measurements and gather other information.

Heavy traffic, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 8:10 a.m.

Traffic on the slow lane of the northbound 215 Freeway is backed up to the 210 Freeway interchange due to the first day of classes at Cal State University San Bernardino.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:31 a.m.

Two vehicles drove over the side of the eastbound 210 Freeway west of State Street. One of the vehicles overturned. The CHP received a report that both drivers were able to get out of their vehicles. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the westbound 10 Freeway just east of Sierra Avenue on reports of a large, square object in the #4 lane.


Traffic hazard, 10 Freeway, Claremont 12:36 p.m.

The CHP received a report of a large red ball bouncing 3-4 feet in the air in all lanes on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Indian Hill Boulevard.

Lane closure, 40 Freeway, Newberry Springs 9:24 a.m.

The CHP closed the fast lane on the westbound 40 Freeway east of Crucero Road to move an overturned tractor trailer from the center divider.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Diamond Bar 8:39 a.m.

A vehicle collided with a motorcyclist on the westbound 60 Freeway east of Diamond Bar Boulevard, knocking the rider to the ground. The carpool lane, and two other lanes were blocked. The crash was cleared at 9:27 a.m.

Traffic advisory, Highway 18, Crestline 6:55 a.m.

A vehicle hauling a trailer caught on fire on Highway 18 south of Highway 138, blocking uphill lanes. The CHP issued a traffic advisory, which lasted until 8:04 a.m. when the road was cleared.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Devore 10:23 a.m.

A crash involving three vehicles occurred on the northbound 15 Freeway north of kenwood Avenue, blocking one lane.

A motorist in a sedan overturned onto its roof on the southbound 15 Freeway near Mathews Ranch Road.

Fatal crash, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 5:08 a.m.

A woman was killed in a rollover car crash on the 15 Freeway this morning. The California Highway Patrol said the driver was heading south on the 15 at the 210 Freeway interchange at 5:08 a.m. when she lost control of a black sedan. The vehicle rolled off the freeway down an embankment, said CHP Officer Albert Graciano.
She was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:31 a.m. No lanes were blocked.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Claremont 1:33 p.m.

A Jeep Cherokee crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Indian Hill Boulevard and then blocked lanes.

The California Highway Patrol received a report of burros blocking lanes on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Summit Avenue.

A motorist in a sport-utility vehicle crashed into the back of a tractor trailer. The impact caused the SUV to slide under the trailer. There were no injuries in the crash.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 5:08 a.m.

The fast lane was closed on the eastbound 10 Freeway from Yucaipa Boulevard to Live Oak Canyon Road for construction.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a report of a couch in the car pool lane on the southbound 57 Freeway just south of the westbound 60 Freeway.

The slow lane was closed on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Fourth Street for guardrail repair.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 11:58 a.m.

A flatbed tractor trailer stalled on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Yucaipa Boulevard, blocking one lane. A Honda Civic rear-ended the semi.

Rollover crash, 40 Freeway, Newberry Springs 12:18 p.m.

A vehicle overturned onto its roof on the right shoulder of the westbound 40 Freeway west of Fort Cady Road. There were no injuries in the crash.

Vehicle fire, 15 Freeway, Victorville 9:23 a.m.

The CHP received a report of a Fed Ex truck on fire on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Highway 18.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:40 a.m.

A three-car crash is blocking the slow lane on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Tippecanoe Avenue.

Traffic hazard, 210 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 12:16 p.m.

A green Pontiac stalled in the fast lane on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Haven Avenue. The vehicle was moved to the center divider at 12:38 p.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 18, San Bernardino 7:37 a.m.

The CHP received reports of a rock slide on Highway 18 south of Upper Waterman Canyon and a possible crash involving a motorcyclist and several vehicles. The caller said a motorcycle rider and the other motorists were stopped on the downhill lanes, but was unsure if the vehicles had collided due to the slide or were just stopped for it.

A Sig Alert was issued at 6:01 p.m. for the Etiwanda on ramp at the West Bound 10 Freeway because of a large vehicle blocking the lanes. The alert is for the north bound lanes on Etiwanda as well as the on ramp.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to reports of a vehicle with a wide beam blocking the Etiwanda Avenue On ramp of the westbound 10. Vehicles are unable to pass the vehicle.

A California Highway Patrol officer is responding to reports of lumber blocking two lanes on the 71 Freeway at Rio Rancho Road.

The slow lane on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Pyrite Street was closed for construction. The closure was expected to last until about 2 p.m.

A dead deer blocked downhill lanes on Highway 18 at Old Waterman Canyon Road.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Fontana 6:42 a.m.

A motorcyclist crashed on the southbound 15 Freeway at Base Line Road. The CHP said the rider lost control and collided with the center divider.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 12:35 p.m.

A four car crash occurred on the southbound 215 Freeway north of Third Street, blocking lanes.

Lane closure, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 10:35 a.m.

The slow lane on the southbound 215 Freeway at 5th Street was closed for construction. The closure was scheduled to last until 3 p.m.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 8:06 a.m.

A yellow Dodge Ram and a Blue Chevy Silverado collided on the westbound 10 Freeway at Etiwanda Avenue. A witness told the CHP one of the drivers had a heart attack prior to the crash.

Lane closures, Highway 58 and I-15, Boron

The southbound 15 Freeway and the westbound Highway 58 will have lane closures between the Nevada state line and Boron starting 6 p.m. tonight for three wide loads weighing about 200,000 pounds each and 26 feet wide. The closures begin at 6 p.m.

Grass fire, 210 Freeway, Pomona 11:29 a.m.

The CHP received a report of bushes on fire on the right shoulder of the westbound 210 Freeway west of Towne Avenue.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a possible fatality on North Sperry Drive at East Valley Boulevard in Colton.
Colton police have shut down Mt. Vernon Avenue at the westbound 10 Freeway while police conduct a major accident investigation.

CORONA- A woman was struck by a train and killed after she drove her 1994 Lexus around the lowered crossing arms, Friday afternoon.
Corona police officers responded to the 200 block of North Sheridan Street at 4:11 p.m. after receiving calls about a Metrolink commuter train versus a vehicle, according to a police statement.
When they arrived, they found an unconscious female inside the car. Paramedics responded and pronounced the driver dead. No one else was in the car, authorities said.
Preliminary information suggests the Lexus was traveling south on Sheridan and began to stop for the Railroad crossing arms which were flashing red and already lowered.
The driver then drove around the crossing arms and was hit by the Metrolink that was traveling east approaching the Main Street station.
The 600 passengers on the train were not injured. However, one of the passengers had to be taken to a local hospital for an anxiety attack.
The incident is still under investigation. The victim has not yet been identified.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a traffic collision on the south 215 just north of D Street. The collision involved three vehicles and is blocking the #3 and #4 lanes.

A white Toyota Camry with a blown-out tire blocked the carpool lane of the eastbound 60 Freeway west of Mountain Avenue.

Hit and run crash, 10 Freeway, Ontario 12:31 p.m.

A hit-and-run crash involving a blue semi truck with a white trailer occured on Archibald Avenue at the westbound 10 Freeway. There were no injuries in the crash.

Traffic hazard, 210 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 8:40 a.m.

A silver sedan blocked one lane on the eastbound 210 Freeway at Day Creek Boulevard. The vehicle was stopped for unknown reasons.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a report of a roll of carpet in the slow lane on the south 57 at Brea Canyon Road.

Firefighters and an ambulance are responding to a traffic collision on the east 10 Freeway just west of North Milliken Avenue. A gray Toyota Tundra, a white four-door Chevy, a green Toyota Tacoma and a white Toyota Camry are on the roadside.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the south 71 Freeway at Pine Avenue for reports of big rig tire tread in the slow lane.

Traffic hazard, 10 Freeway, Upland 1:31 p.m.

The CHP received a report of a truck bed liner blocking the carpool and fast lanes on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Euclid Avenue.

Sig Alert, 210 Freeway, San Bernardino 10:30 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol shut down the slow lane on the 210 Freeway this morning after a motorist began fighting with an officer who was trying to arrest him.
The incident at the 215 Freeway interchange caught the attention of several passing motorists, who called 9-1-1 saying a man and an officer were on the ground fighting.
The duration of the closure was not known.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 12:48 a.m.

Two lanes of the eastbound 10 Freeway at Yucaipa Boulevard were closed for Caltrans construction. One of the lanes was opened at 6:43 a.m., but the fast lane will remain closed until 9 a.m.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to a traffic collision reported at 8:34 p.m. on the south 15 Freeway just south of Foothill Boulevard.
The collision possibly involves a truck and a white sedan. The truck is in the center divider and the sedan is blocking the # 3 lane.


Law enforcement and an ambulance are responding to Arrow and Almond for a traffic collision. Several vehicles are reported on scene and the roadway on Arrow is completely blocked.
Two people have been seen with injuries.

Caltrans crews were doing construction on the Cherry Avenue off-ramp from the eastbound 10. Traffic is backed up to Citrus Avenue.

Two lanes of the eastbound 10 Freeway at Live Oak Canyon Road were closed for construction. The closure was scheduled to last until 9 a.m.

Highway 330 has been closed at the lower passing lane for about an hour following a fatal motorcycle crash at 12:17 p.m.

A motorcyclist was killed on Highway 330 at City Creek Bridge. The San Bernardino County Coroner's Department was heading to the scene.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Fontana 11:55 a.m.

A two-car crash occurred on the westbound 210 Freeway just west of the northbound 15 Freeway. The drivers stopped on the right shoulder.

Sig Alert, 215 Freeway, Riverside 6:12 a.m.

A two-car crash forced the closure of several lanes this morning and prompted a Sig Alert. A pickup truck and a white sedan collided on the northbound 215 Freeway south of Columbia Avenue at 6:12 a.m. One of the vehicles overturned and the other stopped facing sideways on the right shoulder, said Officer Albert Graciano. At least one person received major injuries in the crash. The CHP issued a Sig Alert because the two left lanes were blocked. The Sig Alert was canceled at 7:22 a.m.

Three or four vehicles were involved in a crash on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Foothill Boulevard, blocking two lanes. The CHP received a report that one of the motorists drove about 30 feet down the side of the freeway.

A black sport-utility vehicle overturned on the southbound 215 Freeway south of Palm Avenue. The CHP received a report the vehicle went off the right shoulder and is stopped in the dirt against a fence.

A small green truck stalled, blocking the carpool lane on the southbound 57 Freeway at the eastbound 60 Freeway.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the westbound 60 Freeway just east of Azusa Avenue for reports of a piece of metal in the # 2 and #3 lanes.

A blue sport-utility vehicle and a truck collided on the southbound 57 Freeway at Via Verde, partially blocking the slow lane.

The CHP reported eastbound traffic at the Fairplex Drive off-ramp off the 10 Freeway is backed up to the 57 Freeway due to Los Angeles County Fair traffic.

Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Fontana 7:09 a.m.

One car overturned, landing on a freeway guardrail and another slid into a drainage ditch this morning, prompting a Sig Alert on the 10 Freeway. The 7:09 a.m. crash occurred on the westbound 10 east of Sierra Avenue. The California Highway Patrol said someone in a white Chevy Silverado overturned in the center divider and a second vehicle involved in the crash veered off the freeway into a ditch, said Officer Albert Graciano. There were no injuries in the crash, but it caused about 70 feet of damage to the guardrail and traffic backed up several miles into Colton on the westbound side. Eastbound traffic backed up to Cherry Avenue, Graciano said. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:11 a.m.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 5:04 a.m.

The fast lane on the eastbound 10 between 16th Street and Live Oak Canyon Road was closed for construction. The lane was expected to be opened about 11 a.m.

Lane closure, 10 Freeway, Montclair 8:51 a.m.

Caltrans closed the carpool lane for bridge repair on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Benson Avenue. The closure was expected to last until about 10 a.m.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Redlands 8:20 a.m.

A vehicle overturned on the westbound 10 Freeway at Alabama Street. A witness told the CHP the motorist was cut off by a semi truck prior to overturning.

California Highway Patrol officers are responding to the south bound 71 Freeway at Grand Avenue for a report of two bales of hay across all lanes.

A tractor trailer jackknifed on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Golden Springs Drive, blocking three lanes.

Highway closure, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino

All northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway will be closed tonight through the downtown area for the freeway widening project.
Drivers will be pulled off the 215 at Inland Center Drive and allowed to reenter the freeway at 10th Street, Caltrans officials said.
The closure is from 10 p.m. this evening until 5 a.m. Thursday.

Traffic hazard, Highway 138, Cajon Pass 7:43 a.m.

A pickup truck and a boat are blocking a lane on Highway 138 at the 15 Freeway. Caltrans workers were at the scene at 8:06 a.m. and flagging motorists around the stopped vehicles.

Vehicle fire, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 7:39 a.m.

An armored truck caught on fire on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Yucaipa Boulevard, blocking the fast lane. The CHP issued a Sig Alert, shutting down all eastbound lanes at 7:59 a.m. The Sig Alert was canceled at 9:26 a.m.

Vehicle rollover, 15 Freeway, Devore 12:56 p.m.

A vehicle overturned on the southbound 15 Freeway off-ramp at Glen Helen Road. The CHP received a report that the motorist was initially trapped, but eventually escaped the vehicle. The car caught on fire, igniting nearby trees. There were no reported injuries.

Sig Alert, 91 Freeway, Corona, 12 p.m.

Three lanes of the eastbound 91 Freeway were closed this afternoon after a tractor trailer caught on fire in a crash just south of Norco.
The fire was reported just after noon on the 91 east of Buchanan Street, the California Highway Patrol said.
Officers closed all lanes for firefighters and diverted traffic off at McKinley Street.
At 12:20 p.m., the CHP estimated the three left lanes would be closed until about 2 p.m. due to the crash.
The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 10:59 a.m.

A blue Toyota Camry and a blue Pontiac Riviera collided on the northbound 215 Freeway just south of Second Street. The vehicles pulled over to the right shoulder. There were no injuries in the crash.

A brown Toyota Corolla spun out and struck the center divider on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Central Avenue, blocking one lane.
