Pedestrian on roadway, Highway 71, Chino Hills 1:04 p.m.

The CHP received a report of two men walking north on the right shoulder of Highway 71 south of the 60 Freeway. The men were wearing yellow California Department of Corrections prison jumpsuits, the CHP said.
