Sig Alert, 15 Freeway, Ontario 8:33 a.m.

A tractor trailer broke down on the southbound 15 Freeway at the eastbound 10 Freeway, blocking one lane. The CHP shut down three lanes to move the semi, which caused traffic on east- and westbound transition roads to back up. The road was cleared at 9:05 a.m.
