Traffic collision, Riverside, 5:46 p.m., 60 Freeway

California Highway Patrol and paramedics responded to the east bound 60 Freeway at Rubidoux Blvd.
CHP is shutting down the Rubidoux offramp off the 60 east and west bound as well as at the 215 Freeway at Central. Power lines are also reported to be down in the area.
