Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, West Covina 4:56 a.m.

A two-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Holt Avenue, blocking the two left lanes. One of the vehicles damaged about 100 feet of guardrail and one person was taken by paramedics to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center for treatment of injuries. One lane remained closed until about 6 a.m., backing up traffic about two or three miles.
