Vehicle fire, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 6:58 a.m.

A burning big rig blocked the Inland Center Drive off-ramp from the southbound 215 Freeway. Firefighters arrived at the scene and found the cab of the semi fully engulfed in flames. UPDATE: Scanner reports indicate traffic is stopped from 27th Street to Mill Street. The Sig Alert was canceled at 9:15 a.m. but traffic remained backed up.
