Sig alert, lanes closed, 10 Freeway, 8:34 p.m., Colton

A multiple vehicle collision has caused the California Highway Patrol to issue a Sig Alert for the eastbound 10 Freeway just west of South Waterman Avenue.

The collision resulted in four minor injuries.
