Traffic hazard, Highway 38, Barton Flats 6:08 a.m.

The CHP received a report of three big rigs stuck in the snow along Highway 38 at Barton Flats Road. At 9:19 a.m., a tow company estimated it would take about 2 1/2 hours to put on chains and head to the scene.
