Sig Alert, 215 Freeway, Colton 1:07 p.m.

A tractor trailer overturned on the Iowa Avenue on-ramp to the northbound 215, spilling about 90 gallons of diesel fuel and prompting a Sig Alert.
The big rig didn't block lanes in the 1:07 p.m. crash, but traffic was slowing through the area due to looky loo drivers, the California Highway Patrol said.
The CHP issued a Sig Alert at 1:39 p.m. The duration was not known.
