Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 8:03 a.m.

A 1996 Honda Accord and a silver Scion collided on the southbound 15 Freeway at Foothill Boulevard, blocking two lanes. An occupant of the Honda complained of neck pain and an ambulance came to the scene.
