Traffic collision, lanes blocked, Riverside, 12:42 p.m., 91 Freeway

California Highway Patrol and ambulances have responded to the eastbound 91 Freeway at McKinley Street for a collision that was originally reported as blocking the # 3 and # 1 lanes.
