Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 1:07 p.m.

A white Volvo and a truck collided on the westbound 10 Freeway at Milliken Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The drivers advised the CHP they were unable to move their vehicles out of lanes.
