Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Rialto 2:18 p.m.

A gold Nissan sedan had a tire blow out, overturned and landed on its roof on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Riverside Avenue. The CHP issued a traffic advisory. All lanes were cleared at 3:19 p.m.
