Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Fontana 7:26 a.m.

A red sport-utility vehicle overturned onto its side after colliding with another vehicle on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Sierra Avenue. The CHP received reports that motorists were driving in reverse on the Sierra on-ramp due to the traffic congestion, creating a hazard.
