Traffic collision, lanes blocked, 210 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga, 5:13 p.m.

Firefighters and officers with the California Highway Patrol are on scene of a single-car crash.

Fire equipment is blocking the slow lane of the westbound 210 just east of Carnelian Street. Witnesses reported a black Land Cruiser blew a tire and ended up on the road side.
