A tractor trailer hauling paper goods caught on fire after it collided with a Dodge Avenger on the 10 Freeway in Redlands late Tuesday, forcing the closure of eastbound lanes. A Sig Alert issued shortly after midnight remained in effect this morning because the slow lane and Tennessee Avenue off-ramp were closed for clean up and guardrail repair, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jaci Parent. The crash was reported on the eastbound 10 at Tennessee at 11:42 p.m. One of the semi's two trailers caught on fire. Officers closed all eastbound lanes until 12:32 a.m. due to heavy smoke.
A driver in a Subaru outback struck a deer on Highway 38 at Manzanita Avenue. The deer blocked the roadway, but the driver was not injured.
A red Toyota stalled, blocking a northbound lane on the 15 Freeway at Cleghorn Fire Road.
A gray Toyota Corolla and a second vehicle collided on the southbound 15 Freeway at the 60 Freeway. The vehicles blocked lanes. There were no reported injuries.
A red Mustang crashed into the right shoulder wall on the eastbound 60 Freeway east of Haven Avenue. The vehicle partially blocked the slow lane. The CHP received a report that a woman in the vehicle was injured.
A vehicle spun out and crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Casino Morongo. The CHP received a report that the driver was bleeding from the head.
A crash involving a sport-utility vehicle and three sedans occurred on the northbound 57 Freeway south of the 210 Freeway interchange, blocking the two left lanes. Lanes were cleared at 9 a.m.
Someone driving a Jeep crashed into a house in Twin Peaks in the 26700 block of Highway 189. The California Highway Patrol received a report that the collision knocked the driver unconscious.
It was unknown if anyone in the home was injured. Firefighters blocked lanes at Grass Valley Road.
A Toyota Camry, an Acura and a Nissan collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Tippecanoe Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The lane was cleared at 1:24 p.m. There were no reported injuries.
A crash involving several vehicles occurred on the westbound 60 Freeway at Phillips Ranch Road, blocking the carpool lane. One of the vehicles was facing the wrong way in lanes.

A green Nissan Pathfinder struck the center divider and blocked one lane on the southbound 215 Freeway south of Highway 259. The CHP received a report that an occupant of the vehicle stepped out of the car and appeared injured.

The California Highway Patrol has shut down the eastbound 40 Freeway due to a fatal tractor trailer crash about 150 miles west of the Arizona border. The crash was reported shortly after 6 a.m. near Kelbaker Road east of Ludlow. A driver lost control of a big rig, causing it to overturn onto a guardrail. The impact ripped open the trailer and killed a the driver's partner, who was asleep in the back of the semi. Eastbound lanes were reopened at 11:33 a.m.
California Highway Patrol officers have responded to an injury collision on the westbound 10 Freeway just west of Towne Avenue in Pomona.
The incident began at 4:50 p.m. and involved approximately eight vehicles, according to CHP information. The # 1, #2 and #3 and carpool lanes were blocked.
A Sig Alert was issued for the area.

A driver died in a fiery car crash on the 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar this morning, forcing the closure of all eastbound lanes for about an hour. The driver lost control on the eastbound 60 west of Grand Avenue at 3:38 a.m. and slid off the freeway onto the right shoulder. The vehicle caught on fire. Officers shut down all eastbound lanes until 4:30 a.m. The slow lane remained closed so the CHP could investigate the crash. A Sig Alert remained in effect until 6:34 a.m.
A tractor trailer spilled fuel in one lane for more than a mile on the northbound 15 Freeway at Summit Avenue. The semi stopped on the right shoulder, and continued leaking fuel.
A three-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway at Towne Avenue, blocking one lane. There were no reported injuries.
Two people received major injuries in a three-car crash on the eastbound 10 Freeway at the 15 Freeway interchange. Paramedics took the driver and a passenger of a Nissan Altima to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton for treatment.The crash blocked all eastbound lanes. Officers issued a Sig Alert, which lasted until 5:29 a.m. when all lanes were cleared.

A tractor trailer and several vehicles struck debris on the roadway and stopped on the right shoulder of the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Cedar Avenue. Traffic backed up to Sierra Avenue because the debris blocked lanes.
A two-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway at Via Verde. Both vehicles initially stopped on the right shoulder, but one of the drivers then left the scene. There were no reported injuries.

The CHP issued a traffic advisory dur to heavy fog on the 15 Freeway at the 210 Freeway interchange. The fog has decreased visibility to about 100 feet.
A white Kia Rio broke down on the westbound 60 Freeway east of Phillips Ranch Road. A hit and run driver struck the vehicle and continued driving west. A woman who was in the vehicle was not injured.
A tractor trailer overturned on the northbound 15 Freeway while swerving to avoid a stalled vehicle, prompting a Sig Alert in the Cajon Pass.The crash was reported at 4:56 a.m. on the northbound 15 near Cleghorn Fire Road. The semi lost control while trying to avoid a car that was stopped in the slow lane. The crash severed the semi's fuel tank, which spilled 20 to 35 gallons of fuel on the roadway. All northbound lanes were blocked and the CHP issued a Sig Alert for an unknown duration. At 6:04 a.m., officers reopened the slow lane and right shoulder.
A silver vehicle struck the center divider on the westbound 210 Freeway west of Waterman Avenue, blocking the fast lane at 1:44 p.m.
A vehicle crashed into the back of a semi truck on the southbound 15 Freeway near Hodge Road. Paramedics came to the scene of the crash to help a motorist who complained of pain.
A tractor trailer and a maroon Ford Taurus collided on the eastbound 210 Freeway east of Mountain Avenue. The Ford stopped along the center divider and the semi was on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

The CHP closed the Reservoir Street and Diamond Bar Boulevard on-ramps to the eastbound 60 Freeway, as well as two lanes of the eastbound 60 east of Diamond Bar Boulevard due to about eight brush fires burning near Diamond Ranch High School. The third-alarm fire incident was reported at 11:45 a.m.

A sedan overturned and landed on its wheels on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Yucaipa Boulevard.
A black vehicle, a white Nissan Maxima and a red truck collided on the westbound 210 Freeway on the H Street off-ramp. A motorist in the Maxima reported that the driver of the truck fled the scene following the crash.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert on the 210 Freeway in San Bernardino after a tractor trailer crashed through a guard rail and began leaking fuel on the road. The crash was reported at 6:48 a.m. on the westbound 210 west of the 215 Freeway. The big rig driver, who was hauling lumber, crashed through the guard rail and jackknifed, blocking at least two lanes. There were no reported injuries. The Sig Alert was canceled at 9:09 a.m.
