Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Ontario 12:39 p.m.

The CHP issued a Sig Alert due to a big rig stalled on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Milliken Avenue, blocking two lanes. Traffic backed up about one mile. The Sig Alert was canceled at 1:17 p.m.
