A vehicle caught on fire on the southbound 57 Freeway in Diamond Bar this morning, prompting a Sig Alert. The fire was reported about 8 a.m. on the 57 north of Diamond Bar Boulevard. The California Highway Patrol received reports that the vehicle was partially engulfed in flames and the fire was igniting brush. Occupants of the vehicle escaped the fire. The CHP issued a Sig Alert at 8:30 a.m., closing down one lane for an unknown duration.
California Highway Patrol officers are on scene of a traffic collision with injuries on the east bound 210 Freeway just west of Mountain Avenue in Upland.
The collision occurred at 6:01 p.m. and forced CHP to issue a SigAlert for the car pool, #1 and # 2 lanes.
There are seven vehicles involved.
A black Volkswagen and several other vehicles collided on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Jurupa Street, blocking three lanes. The crash resulted in injuries.
A tractor trailer jackknifed on the northbound 15 Freeway transition road to the westbound 60 Freeway, blocking lanes. The semi spilled about 50 gallons of diesel fuel. The CHP issued a Sig Alert for about an hour.
A tow truck and a white Chevy pickup truck collided on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Fourth Street. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.
A Toyota Camry struck the guard rail on the eastbound 210 Freeway off-ramp at Del Rosa Avenue. The impact knocked down a signal pole. San Bernardino city firefighters came to the scene to help the driver, who complained of pain and dizziness.
A black Ford sedan and a gray Nissan sedan collided on the westbound 210 Freeway west of Day Creek Boulevard, blocking the slow lane and one additional lane. There were no reported injuries.
A gray Nissan Sentra, a white sport-utility vehicle and a gray Toyota collided on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Brea Canyon Road, blocking the carpool lane.
Eastbound lanes on Highway 62 in Joshua Tree will be closed for several hours after a tractor trailer jackknifed this morning. The crash was reported at 7:05 a.m. at White Feather Road, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jaci Parent. The semi needs to be off-loaded before it can be moved. Lanes were cleared at 8:54 a.m.
A crash involving as many as three vehicles occurred on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Oak Hill Road. The CHP received a report that one of the drivers appeared to be injured. One of the vehicles blocked a lane.
Two vehicles collided on the southbound 215 Freeway south of Mount Vernon Avenue. One vehicle stopped along the center divider and the other stopped on the right shoulder.
A motorcyclist crashed into the guardrail on Highway 330 south of Lower Passing Lane while heading downhill. The road was cleared at 8:42 a.m.
A Chrysler PT Cruiser struck the center divider wall on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Reservoir Street. Los Angeles County firefighters came to the scene on a report that at least one person was injured.
A gray Kia Spectra collided with a semi truck on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Euclid Avenue. The driver of the Spectra said the semi truck driver didn't stop for the crash. There were no reported injuries.
The CHP issued a traffic advisory after closing the slow lane on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Mountain Avenue for construction.
A small white truck, a black Cadillac and a tractor trailer collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Citrus Avenue. The CHP received reports that two people were injured in the crash.
A green Honda Civic overturned and landed on its wheels on the northbound 15 Freeway north of the Yermo state agricultural station. The crash resulted in minor injuries.
A white truck collided with a concrete barrier on the right shoulder of the southbound 15 Freeway north of Jurupa Street. The CHP stopped all lanes of traffic at 8:59 a.m. to remove some of the barriers.
