Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Fontana 1:20 p.m.

A pickup truck and a sport-utility vehicle collided on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Sierra Avenue. The vehicles stopped along the center divider, but debris was scattered in the left two lanes.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:14 a.m.

A silver sedan crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Waterman Avenue.

Traffic collision, 40 Freeway, Essex 4:55 a.m.

A crash involving two semi trucks occurred off the westbound 40 Freeway in the Fenner Rest Area near Goffs Road. The rest area was expected to be closed for two or three hours due to the crash, which resulted in injuries.

Fuel spill, 15 Freeway, Devore 11:46 p.m.

A fuel tank on a tractor trailer ruptured, spilling 60 to 70 gallons of fuel on the Glen Helen Road off-ramp off the southbound 15 Freeway at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday. One lane was expected to remain closed until about 8:30 a.m. this morning.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Redlands 9:38 a.m.

A gold GMC pickup truck, a tractor trailer and two other vehicles were involved in a crash on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Eureka Street at 9:38 a.m. All vehicles stopped on the right shoulder.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Yucaipa 8:43 a.m.

A silver Cadillac Escalade and a white Honda sedan collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Yucaipa Boulevard. Both vehicles stopped along the center divider. There were no reported injuries.

Report of fire, 60 Freeway, Chino 12:26 p.m.

The CHP received reports of a brush fire burning on the side of the eastbound 60 Freeway east of Ramoona Avenue. The slow lane and Ramona off-ramp were closed. The off-ramp remained closed until about 1:30 p.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 247, Lucerne Valley 8:38 a.m.

Two cars collided on Highway 247 at Visalia Avenue, blocking lanes. A helicopter was flown to the scene to take one motorist to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 6:51 a.m.

A minor-injury crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Fourth Street, blocking the carpool and fast lanes. The CHP issued a traffic advisory at 7:17 a.m.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Cajon Pass 9:01 a.m.

A silver GMC Jimmy and a silver Chevy Malibu collided on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Highway 138. Both vehicles pulled to the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.
Due to the ongoing construction on Interstate 15, the northbound Jurupa Street on- and off-ramps from I-15 are scheduled to be closed from 10 p.m. Friday (May 21) through 5 a.m. Monday (May 24).

Detour signs will be posted to indicate alternate routes.

A Chevy Cobalt and a semi truck collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of California Street, blocking two lanes. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Redlands 7:54 a.m.

A crash involving two Toyota Camrys, a Ford Taurus and a gray Honda Element occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway west of California Street. The CHP received information that three people involved in the crash were injured. The slow lane was blocked until 9:10 a.m.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Rubidoux 1:04 p.m.

A white Lexus slid under a semi truck on the eastbound 60 Freeway east of Rubidoux Boulevard, blocking at least one lane.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, San Bernardino 8:05 a.m.

A crash involving a truck and a white sedan occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Waterman Avenue, blocking the slow lane.
Due to the ongoing construction on Interstate 15, the north- and southbound I-15 connectors from eastbound SR-60 are scheduled to be closed from 10 p.m. Friday (May 14) through 5 a.m. Monday (May 17).

A white Lexus ES350 and a sport-utility vehicle collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway at the 15 Freeway interchange. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Wheaton Springs 5:33 a.m.

A crash involving two pickup trucks occurred on the northbound 15 Freeway south of Wheaton Springs near the Nevada state line. One of the trucks overtirned onto the right shoulder. The crash resulted in major injuries.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 11:43 a.m.

A semi truck and a blue Dodge Ram with a boat collided on the northbound 15 Freeway south of Foothill Boulevard. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 10:27 a.m.

A white Toyota struck the center divider on the northbound 215 Freeway north of Mount Vernon Avenue, blocking the fast lane. The CHP received a report of several people in lanes pushing the vehicle.

Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Colton 4:33 a.m.

A tractor trailer hauling 40,000 pounds of chicken overturned on the 10 Freeway in Colton this morning, prompting a Sig Alert. The California Highway Patrol closed the fast lane on both sides of the highway and issued a Sig Alert at 4:33 a.m. The crash on the eastbound 10 at Rancho Avenue was reported at 2:44 a.m. The cab of the semi landed on the center divider. The driver was injured in the crash. CHP officers received reports that more than 45 gallons of fuel leaked from the big rig. The contents of the trailer needed to be removed before the semi could be moved from the scene. The duration of the Sig Alert was unknown.

UPDATE: Highway 330 reopens

Highway 330 reopened about 8 p.m. Monday night, but Caltrans officials say there could be minor delays on the highway while workers make the finishing touches on the road. For the next three to four weeks, construction crews will be doing intermittent traffic control between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. There will be no roadwork May 21-23 during the AMGEN Tour of California bike race. A 12-mile stretch of the highway was closed March 16 after a pipe running about 80 feet below the highway collapsed.

Traffic collision, Highway 38, Angelus Oaks 10:47 a.m.

A GMC pickup truck, a Saturn and a third vehicle collided on Highway 38 north of Valley of the Falls Drive, blocking lanes. The crash resulted in major injuries.

Traffic collision, 57 Freeway, Diamond Bar 8:38 a.m.

A semi truck collided with a blue Honda Civic on the southbound 57 Freeway north of Pathfinder Road. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.
California Highway Patrol has issued a Sig Alert for the area around the westbound 60 at the northbound 15 Freeway.

The # 2, # 3 and # 5 lanes are blocked for an unknown duration. One person is confirmed dead.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Baker 1:02 p.m.

A blue Honda Civic and a red sedan collided on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Afton Canyon Road. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 11:29 a.m.

A sedan slid over the side of the southbound 15 Freeway south of Foothill Boulevard and overturned down the embankment. The vehicle landed on its roof.

A crash involving at least three vehicles occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Cedar Avenue, blocking lanes.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Claremont 12:22 p.m.

A woman jumped out of a moving vehicle on the eastbound 210 Freeway east of Towne Avenue, suffering injuries. An ambulance came to the scene to take her to a hospital.

A Chevy pickup truck overturned several times on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Yucaipa Boulevard, partially blocking the slow lane.

Traffic hazard, 210 Freeway, Fontana 11:10 a.m.

A white pickup truck with a trailer blocked two lanes on the westbound 210 Freeway east of the 15 Freeway. The truck had a flat tire.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Devore 6:11 a.m.

A vehicle overturned on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Glen Helen Parkway, scattering debris in lanes.

A black Honda crashed into the center divider and then spun out to the right shoulder on the northbound 15 Freeway north of National Trails Highway.
