A collision involving exploding propane tanks caused a fire, according to information from the CHP.
The Sig Alert will remain active until the fire is out.

Two separate crashes involving four vehicles occurred on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Philadelphia Street, blocking one lane.

A white utility truck with a trailer overturned on Highway 18 at Arrowbear Drive, spilling three gallons of fuel on the highway.

A black sports car crashed into the right shoulder wall on the westbound 10 east of Indian Hill Boulevard.

Lane closure, Highway 330, San Bernardino 9:14 a.m.

One lane of northbound Highway 330 and the Highland Avenue exit were closed about 9 a.m. for road work. The closure was scheduled to last until 4 p.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 189, Twin Peaks 9:10 a.m.

A gray Jeep and a red Toyota truck collided on Highway 189 at Pinecrest Road, partially blocking lanes.
The California Highway Patrol has issued a SigAlert for the westbound 10 just east of Riverside Avenue in Rialto.

The alert was issued after an injury accident involving a fuel spill at 1:30 p.m., according to CHP information.

Traffic is reportedly backed up to the 215 Freeway.



Traffic collision, 40 Freeway, Barstow 12:16 p.m.

A vehicle had a tire blowout and struck the center divider on the eastbound 40 Freeway east of A Street. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 7:02 a.m.

A tan Ford Edge and a dark pickup truck collided on the northbound 15 Freeway at the Fourth Street off-ramp. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Chino 11:23 a.m.

A Dodge Charger, a sport-utility vehicle and a third car collided on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Ramona Avenue. All three vehicles stopped along the center divider. The driver of the Dodge Charger was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Pomona 7:39 a.m.

A black Nissan and a black Toyota collided on the transition road between the westbound 10 Freeway and the southbound 57 Freeway. Both vehicles stopped facing the wrong direction on the road. The freeway was cleared at 8:20 a.m.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Victorville 6:27 a.m.

A red vehicle struck the center divider on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Palmdale Avenue. The CHP received a report that the driver had been cut off by someone in a burgundy Ford Expedition before crashing.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Cajon Pass 5:20 a.m.

The northbound 15 Freeway was closed south of Oak Hill Road for about 30 minutes following a crash involving a Ford Ranger and a semi truck. The Ford rear-ended the semi, causing the driver to become trapped in the vehicle. The CHP initially called for a helicopter to take the driver to a hospital, but the driver was taken by ambulance instead. All lanes were reopened at 6:33 a.m.

Two white sport-utility vehicles collided on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Glen Helen Parkway. A witness said debris was in several lanes. One of the vehicles stopped on the right shoulder and the other stopped along the center divider.

A blue and gray Sienna van and a white Lexus collided on the westbound 10 Freeway at La Cadena Drive, blocking lanes.

Sig Alert, Highway 95, Needles 8:37 a.m.

A tractor trailer containing apples overturned on Highway 95 this morning, forcing the closure of northbound lanes south of the Nevada state line. The crash was reported at 2:17 a.m. on the 95 near the 40 Freeway interchange. The semi blocked all lanes, the California Highway Patrol said. At 3:28 a.m., the CHP reported the northbound side of the 95 would be closed for an extended time, but didn't give an estimate on when it would reopen. They issued a Sig Alert at 8:37 a.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 138, Cajon Pass 10:53 a.m.

A blue tractor trailer struck a sign on Highway 138 at the southbound 15 Freeway interchange. The driver suffered cuts to his face. Paramedics came to the scene.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, San Bernardino 6:07 a.m.

A black pickup truck drove off the westbound 210 Freeway and down an embankment west of Highway 330. The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle possibly overturned, but landed back on its wheels.

Lane closure, 15 Freeway, Ontario/Mira Loma

Caltrans crews plan to close the southbound 15 Freeway connector to the east- and westbound 60 Freeway from Friday night until Monday morning for roadwork.

The slow lane on the southbound 15 will also be closed from Philadelphia Street to the 60 Freeway interchange in Ontario for the Ont Fix project.

The closures are scheduled to run from 10 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday, Caltrans officials said.

The $52 million Ont Fix project includes bridge widening, median paving and pavement replacement, among other improvements.

A black Ford Mustang and another vehicle collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Milliken Avenue 8:38 a.m. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder.

Traffic collision, Highway 18, Crestline 5:11 a.m.

A man in a gray Kia Sportage collided with a bear on Highway 18 at Crestline Cutoff south of Crestline at 5:11 a.m. The driver initially stopped, but the bear began walking toward him so he left the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Hazardous materials spill, 40 Freeway, Newberry Springs 1 a.m.

A tractor trailer containing asphalt overturned on the 40 Freeway at 1:02 a.m. near the Desert Oasis rest area, spilling diesel fuel and tar and forcing a partial closure of the highway. The driver veered off the road into a ditch, causing the semi to land on its side. The driver suffered major injuries and was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs. Officers closed one lane of the highway until about 5 a.m.

A black Mitsubishi pickup truck and a white Kia Sephia collided on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Sierra Avenue. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Colton 6:56 a.m.

A crash involving as many as four vehicles occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Ninth Street, blocking two lanes. The crash caused a 75 to 100-foot oil and fuel spill on the freeway. Lanes were cleared at 8:38 a.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 62, Morongo Valley 12:10 p.m.

A spare tire fell off a recreational vehicle and struck another vehicle on Highway 62 at Rosella Drive at 12:10 p.m. There were no reported injuries.

Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Pomona 7:34 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert this morning after a tractor trailer broke down on the 60 Freeway in Pomona, backing up traffic into Ontario. Officers received a report of the disabled semi at 7:13 a.m. on the westbound 60 west of Garey Avenue. They issued a Sig Alert at 7:34 a.m. and closed two lanes, officers said. Traffic backed up as far as Vineyard Avenue in Ontario. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:20 a.m.
California Highway Patrol officers are on scene of a fatal collision on the San Dimas area.

According to information on the CHP website, the collision was reported at 12:11 p.m. at the southbound 57 and the eastbound 10 Freeway connector.

All lanes are blocked.
























































Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Colton 2:43 a.m.

A crash involving two vehicles occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Pepper Avenue. The CHP received reports that one of the vehicles was stalled on the freeway when it was struck by another vehicle. One of the cars overturned and landed on its side.

Traffic collision, National Trails Highway, Helendale 1:23 p.m.

CHP dispatchers initially received a report at 1:23 p.m. about a train hitting the pole at 24848 National Trails Highway. San Bernardino County firefighters said it was actually a car that hit the pole.

Hit and run, 15 Freeway, Ontario 10:23 a.m.

A hit and run crash occurred on the northbound 15 Freeway north of Jurupa Street, blocking two lanes. At least one person was injured in the crash.

Traffic collision, 71 Freeway, Chino Hills 8:34 a.m.

A gray Honda Civic and a sedan collided on the southbound 71 Freeway at Chino Hills Parkway, blocking one lane.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Rialto 8:48 a.m.

Two to three vehicles collided on the eastbound 210 Freeway west of Riverside Avenue, blocking the two left lanes.

Sig Alert, 10 Freeway, Fontana 7:13 a.m.

A Caltrans closure on the Etiwanda Avenue off-ramp from the eastbound 10 Freeway backed up traffic, prompting the CHP to issue a Sig Alert. The off-ramp was scheduled to be closed until Thursday for repairs.

Sig Alert, 210 Freeway, Glendora 5:54 a.m.

A crash involving five vehicles blocked three lanes on the westbound 210 east of the 57 Freeway. One of the vehicles overturned in the 5:33 a.m. crash. Lanes were reopened at 7:30 a.m.
