Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Pomona 7:34 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert this morning after a tractor trailer broke down on the 60 Freeway in Pomona, backing up traffic into Ontario. Officers received a report of the disabled semi at 7:13 a.m. on the westbound 60 west of Garey Avenue. They issued a Sig Alert at 7:34 a.m. and closed two lanes, officers said. Traffic backed up as far as Vineyard Avenue in Ontario. The Sig Alert was canceled at 8:20 a.m.
