Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Rubidoux 7:51 a.m.

A crash blocked the carpool and fast lanes on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Rubidoux Boulevard. A caller told the CHP there may be injuries in the crash.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:26 a.m.

A five-car crash occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Waterman Avenue, blocking the two left lanes.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 8:50 a.m.

A silver BMW and a white Honda Civic collided on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Vineyard Avenue, blocking the fast lane.

Report of fire, Highway 38, Mountain Home Village 11:15 a.m.

Caltrans officials expect to have one lane on Highway 38 reopened by about 3 p.m. so workers can flag motorists through the area where a brush fire burned three acres. The fire was reported at 11:15 a.m. off Highway 38 in Mountain Home Village west of Forest Falls. Fire dispatchers said the blaze started in some trees and spread to brush, heading uphill toward a ridge. The highway was closed between Bryant Avenue and Sugar Pine Circle. Firefighters have stopped the spread of the blaze, but are dousing hot spots. The highway is expected to be completely reopened by about 5 or 6 p.m.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Upland 12:41 p.m.

A black Ford F-150 overturned and landed on its roof on the eastbound 210 Freeway east of Mountain Avenue. No other vehicles were involved. The vehicle was on the right shoulder.

Sig Alert, 15 Freeway, Norco 12:35 p.m.

An eight-car crash prompted a Sig Alert on the 15 Freeway in Norco. The 12:18 p.m. crash blocked the two left lanes on the southbound 15 north of Sixth Street. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert at 12:35 p.m. to last one hour.

Lane closure, 215 Freeway, Grand Terrace 9 a.m.

Caltrans crews will continue repairing the Barton Road bridge in Grand Terrace, requiring the closure of one lane and an off-ramp on the northbound 215 Freeway. The closure is scheduled to last until 2 p.m.

Sig Alert, 215 Freeway, Grand Terrace 9:44 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert this morning due to Caltrans road work on the 215 Freeway in Grand Terrace. One lane was closed at 9:44 a.m. so Caltrans could fix the Barton Road bridge. The duration of the closure was not known.

Hit and run, 215 Freeway, Grand Terrace 9:25 a.m.

A motorist in a tan Toyota Sienna was struck by a hit and run driver on the northbound 215 Freeway south of Barton Road. An occupant of the Sienna suffered injuries.

Traffic collision, Highway 18, Lucerne Valley 8:47 a.m.

A semi truck jackknifed on Highway 18 near Marble Canyon Road, blocking the road. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 40 Freeway, Ludlow 1:43 a.m.

A semi truck crashed through the center divider on the westbound 40 Freeway near Crucero Road and rolled over onto the eastbound side. The road was reopened at 5:08 a.m.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Rubidoux 11:32 a.m.

A white Toyota Corolla crashed in the carpool lane on the westbound 60 Freeway east of Rubidoux Boulevard. The collision resulted in major injuries.

Traffic advisory, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 11:03 a.m.

A blue Mercedes Benz crashed into a tractor trailer on the southbound 15 Freeway south of Foothill Boulevard, blocking three lanes. The semi truck leaked a 1,000-foot line of fuel due to the collision.
