Crews will be closing I-215 in both directions from 9 p.m. tonight to 5 a.m. Tuesday and again from 9 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday for removal of the temporary structures at the Ninth Street bridge.
Caltrans is suggesting the following detours during the closure:
Northbound -- Exit Second Street, turn right to G Street. Turn left on G Street (which becomes H Street). Continue on H Street and make a left on 10th Street to the northbound I-215.
Southbound -- Exit Mount Vernon and continue south to Fifth Street. Turn left on Fifth Street to H Street. Make a right on H Street (which becomes G Street) and another right on Second Street to the southbound I-215 on-ramp.

Due to an investigation into a fatal train accident that happened just south of I-10 earlier this afternoon, both east- and westbound Milliken Avenue off-ramps will be closed for an unknown duration.
Both on-ramps remain open.

The connector from northbound I-15 to eastbound I-10 in Ontario will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday (December 10) through 5 a.m. Monday (December 13).
The closure is due to concrete work.
Caltrans' suggested detour is to exit at Jurupa Street and head east to Etiwanda Avenue. Then head north on Etiwanda Avenue to I-10.

There are several closures associated with the I-215 widening project this upcoming week.
- 10 p.m., Monday, December 6, to 5 a.m. Tuesday, December 7: Eastbound SR-210 to northbound I-215 connector closed.
Detour: Continue eastbound on SR-210, exit H Street, turn left onto H Street and left again onto westbound SR-210 to northbound I-215.
- 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, Monday, December 6 though Thursday, December 9: SR-210 to I-215 connector lane closures.
Detour: No detour planned as one lane is expected to be open at all times.
- 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly, Monday, December 6 though Thursday, December 9: Varying north- and southbound I-215 lane closures between Rialto Avenue and University Parkway.
Detour: No detour planned as one lane is expected to be open at all times.
- 9 p.m. Friday, December 10 to 5 a.m. Monday, December 12: Full intersection closure at Base Line and H Street.
Detour: Base Line traffic, use 16th Street to the north or Fifth Street to the south. H Street traffic, use G Street. All local businesses will be accessible during the closure.
- 8 p.m. Saturday, December 11 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 12: Southbound I-215 closed at Mount Vernon Avenue.
Detour: Exit 27th Street/Mount Vernon Avenue, continue south on Mount Vernon Avenue to Fifth Street. Turn left on Fifth Street, right on H Street, right on Second Street and left onto southbound I-215.Follow the jump to see a map of the closures.

There's a couple of maintenance construction projects that may cause havoc with your drive through Ontario and Fontana the next couple of weeks.
First up is a guardrail repair scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday (December 9) in Ontario. The northbound Jurupa Street onramp and the number 6 lane from Jurupa Street to the I-10 connector are scheduled to be closed.
Then, from 7 p.m. December 13 to 4 a.m. December 14, the southbound number 2, 3 and 4 lanes will be closed from Sierra Avenue to Summit Avenue in Fontana, for a slab replacement project.
