I-15 and SR-60 construction next week

|
Caltrans is initiating two emergency repair projects to replace deteriorating pavement in the Cajon Pass and in Chino/Ontario.

The work will be done at night and at least two lanes will be open, so the impact to commuters should be minimal.

Here's the schedule:

  • Cajon Pass: 9 p.m. to 5 a.m, April 11 to 15, I-15 southbound from the brake check area to SR-138.
  • Chino/Ontario: 9 p.m. to 4 a.m, April 11 to 15, SR-60 westbound between Haven Avenue and Central Avenue.
Work on I-15 is expected to continue for one month, while work on SR-60 is expected to be done in a week.
