Circus performers, live music at Retro Row sidewalk sale

An area as funky as 4th Street's Retro Row could never be satisfied with a simple sidewalk sale.

Circus performers and live music will amuse shoppers as they stroll 4th Street's Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, Aug. 22.

The event is from noon to 6 p.m. along Fourth Street, primarily between Cherry and Junipero avenues.
